As soon as I posted this, my realtor called back and said their was an accepted offer already on house, but no to worry because they were only accepting cash offers so unless i had 149k laying around I was SOL anyway.

Well i had another long rant, but apparently forget to submit it...so long story short...i think if you are looking to stay put for a while...home ownership is a good move..home prices are down, the interest rates may never get this low again for a long time once they start moving up again. I say go for it! better than paying someone else's mortgage.

For whatever it is worth i would do it now while the market is completely thrashed. There are house around my area that are just crazy cheap.

We bought our house about 6 years ago at the height of the boom. At that time the housing market here in athens was ridiculous...anywhere from 175 - 300 for a small craftsman style or a 60's ranch. So we opted to move about 15 miles outside of town where we got a much bigger house with more land ( 108 year old farmhouse) and spent about 132k.

Since the market shit the bed, all of the higher end homes in athens mentioned above are now going for around 170 in town and ours is probably now worth less than 100.

Basically all i am trying to say without a giant back story is how much lower can it go! Buy now while it seems to be at rock bottom...maybe do a 15yr with these super low rates and in 5-7 years you may be sitting a nice profit if you sell.

Hell i am thinking about defaulting and having my wife buy in her name back in athens since it is so cheap.

yeah it is good so far. Just like scott's interviews and the tattoo age show, it is so awesome to get a feel for these people who are amazing tattooers, bear witness to how humble they all are amid all the hype that surrounds them. Very inspiring. I may never be the same caliber as any of these artists in my life, but i am proud to be a part of what is happening right now. The bullshit exploitation shows are just a fart in the wind, but the rest of these guys/girls will still be rocking it.

i'd have to vote on anywhere on the outside of the arms. The top of my thighs weren't bad, but maybe because i did most of that myself while learning to tattoo. Concentrating on trying to get good lines maybe blocked out the pain...haha...and i still ended up with janky lines...hahah

yeah those videos are awesome. i would love to hear a translated version so i knew what he was talking about in between the sessions. i would totally love to win the lottery and take a tattoo vacation, but before i left i would have to have a laser vacation to make room for more awesome stuff!

Yeah i have to say the Wugazi record is pretty badass. I was never much of a wutang fan (or much hiphop/rap for that matter) but i really dig this. it think those dudes did a great job mixing the two. i 'll have to check out the new alkaline trio as well...not too into the last one, but if you think it harkens back to their early days i could be into that.

i think it has potential to be pretty cool...still warming up to it though...if anyone wants to add me i am on there as brian kin-duh-mo

i might have to check that conditioner out as well....i after i wash and condition i use bert's bees baby bee lotion and brush that shit in...keeps it shiny and smelling like a baby's ass.

alanna just stay close to the tattoo shops...beards are an epidemic these days!
