no one? :( i don't have enough posts to ask in the advice forum

well, almost a year later, i wanted to ask. is there any downside of going to the gym couple of days after the session? it's just that, i'm 2 days after my fourth session, and i still have no idea if that's ok or not. i mean, i know, there's the risk that it's an open wound, but other than that? thanks! :)

new here, just wanted to say hey =) i actuallly have some questions about recovery time, but i guess i'll have to wait 9 more posts and 3 more days :(
