Right. I totally get that and definitely thought about that after his response. I will keep trying and trying. Thank you for your response.

Was told by an artist today "ouch" "unfortunately i would not be able to fix this, you might need laser removal first" 

😐😫 I'm hoping this is not my last option! I've had laser removal done before ( due to uniform regulations, nothing above the neck ) its not bad.. Like bacon grease popping. So it's not the pain that concerns me.. More like time & money.

I understand time and money are needed. Wanting to hear from someone who has possibly fixed something like this..? The tattoo is FULLY healed. This tattoo was done five years ago. 

Still looks just as bad.. Just a little faded. 

This was a cover up. This arm tat was originally seven yellow roses. I went into a shop in San Antonio, and walked out with this. I wanted simple B&W roses. I don't have a picture of the yellow roses from before, but trust me. THEY WERE SOOOO PALE! That was the major reason for getting them redone in B&W. I honestly don't see how this could be fixed.. but im desperate for some at least decent roses on my arm at this point. Maybe leaving my arm alone is the only option I have left now. But im seriously sad every time I see this horrible mess on my arm. 

Ive read that some artist will use white of course to dull down the black ink and then possibly add better lining and shading.. but im not a tattoo artist. IM LOST.. NEED A TATTOO ARTIST TO SAVE ME!

Also I had taken a video of this tattoo.. and then realized I cannot upload it on here. If anyone needs a better pic of this horrible tattoo .. Let me know. But I think you get the idea of what my upper arm looks like .. sadness.
