It’s not red just itchy and hot and super bumpy. Could it be how cold and dry the air is?

It’s also very very itchy and hot if that makes a difference 

So I got my tattoo on nov. 12 and about a few days ago I started noticing bumps within my tattoo as well as it becoming super raises. Any idea what’s going on? I’m hoping it’s not an allergic reaction because it’s my first tattoo, and it’s just black ink.
