Meant like how come it’s peeling it’s fadding bad like in the first picture if you top left of the rose and then where my cover up was the ink came out and can now see the old tattoo

So I just got my tattoo last Sunday and was wondering why my tattoo is looking like this was suppose to be a cover up. I use a+d everyday and been washing it twice a day
