New member here at last sparrow, but long time lurker. Im a Bay Area native and just recently moved to Beaverton, Oregon. I’ve been collecting for 11 years now and finally decided to come aboard and join the community.
I’ve been researching some shops and artists out here but I haven’t taken the plunge in getting tattooed yet unfortunately. I love traditional and neo traditional and I have my legs and back to finish. Does anyone have any recommendations for artists and shops ?
