  1. Thanks Graeme. I do agree that this community is pretty unique and I can not wait to be a bigger part of it. So far I have enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to being on here more:)

  2. Hello nice to meet you. I like the laughing wolf a lot. That is cool that it was designed by your daughter, it means more when you can have someone you know personally design it for you. How old is your daughter? See you around.

  3. I wouldn't know lol....She seems to be a big topic of conversation on parent teacher conference night though. I know she has been asked to cover it up repeatedly when she comes to the school.

Well she should have to cover it up when she is in a school like that. I mean tattoos for me are art, but I sure as heck would not want my child to be looking at penis when she comes in. Have some respect for others. Fine if you are in a bar or something and do not cover it up, but at school, kids should not see this.

  4. I know. If the plot was good and the characters relatable, then the graphicness of it could be forgiven. But it's not.

Exactly. The plot just stinks all around. It really surprises me that it comes from Anne Rice. I have liked the books that I have read from her so far.

Do since I liked the whole 50 shades series, anyone have any books that are similar to this, that are NOT like The Sleeping Beauty series?

  5. Weird tattoos are what makes then so unusual. I would love to have a tattoo that no one else ever got, you know this may be why some of these people are going all strange and weird. Do you honestly think that anyone else would have a tiger that is talking on a mic standing on a skull? Most likely not.

  6. You know this is something that many may not think of. I know that I would not have thought about it. It does make perfect sense to me. I am a hand shover in my pockets, so this is something that I would really have to watch out for. Thanks for the advice.

  7. Call me boring but I stick with Bud light. I also like Coors light too. People around here drink Busch lite like it is going out out style but to me that tastes like goat pee (not that I know what that tastes like, haha). I can drink Bud light Lime but only one at a time.

  8. i've read that book.. its graphic bdsm, with a shitty story. nothing really good about it. its pretty much like porn but in book form

Yes that is what I thought. Have you read the series? There are 2 others in this series but I am not so sure that I want to read them. I loved 50 shades , all of them but this book may be too much for me. The Prince is a jerk, and you are right about the graphics. I do not mind a book being graphic but it was not really what I expected.

  9. here the trends are silhouettes of birds.. "believe" tattoos , "heart of a lion" tattoos, and there are monthly people coming in to get yesteryear's tweety bird tattoos covered up... sigh.

dumbest recently...honestly sometimes the dumb tattoos are the coolest lol. in a new school way...its just the trend tattoos that are kinda like "really?" but hey..who am i to judge.

Very noble of you Eskimette. I agree with you that you are not too judge. I know that my sister does not agree with the cat paw prints I have going up my leg, but if you are not a cat person you just do not get it. As long as the person who is getting the tat likes it, that is all that matters.

  10. marky mark and bee bunch: nothing wrong with cats. ever. if i had instagram i'd post pics of my 3 cats all the time and then some since my life is pretty uninterresting if you don't know me.

LOL this so sounds like me. My life is not full at all. I like to think that it is, but I know that others are like really who cares. I do not have an account on instagram but if I did, you can be that I would so post pics of my fur babies :)

  11. A few years ago a friend got a tattoo on her shoulder blade that was supposed to say "remember".... well it says "rember". She claims she looked at the stencil and they showed it to everyone in the shop and all said it was spelled correctly, looked fine, etc. They did the tattoo, she still didn't notice, and went home. Next day her artist called her super early in the morning. Something had been bugging him all night and he couldn't figure it out so he drove to the shop and looked at the stencil and that's when he realized the misspelling. HE called HER! I know they sort of fixed it somehow. But dang!

Well at least the artist realized what went down and was honest about it. He could have just let it go and said hey you said it was correct. But that is pretty bad when you have others look at it and no one notices it.

  12. I do not have any bad tattoos, or at least I do not think that they are. Maybe in 10 years I will look at them and say what the heck, and if so then I will fix them with something else. But for right now I am content with the work that is done on my body.

  13. A back tattoo would look great. I know that you can not see them but think of how others will be impressed when you take your shirt off. I love back tattoos on men, that is one place that I love a tat on a guy. And I do agree that you need to listen to the artist as well, he or she will know where it will look the best.

  14. If you are interested in zombies at all; read the book World War Z and also read the companion journals. All excellent. A very different take on the zombie thing...

I have not read that yet nor did I know that there were journals to go with it. But I will look into this. I love anything zombies, and different takes are always very good for me.

  15. I just started reading "The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty" by Anne Rice (it is listed under a different name). It is very odd to me. Not a usual Anne Rice book but then again she is writing as someone else. It was recommended to me after reading the 50 Shades of Gray series.

  16. Random tattoos are fun to look at, I will give you that. But they are not for everyone. I want a tattoo that means something to me. Each of my three means something to me, but yet they are cool at the same time to me. I know that not everyone likes them, but that is what makes us all different.

  17. Ask your tattoo artist what he or she recommends? They have done many tattoos and they will know what is popular and what goes good together. I think that this tattoo will be very neat. And I like your reasoning behind getting it as well. Post pics when you get it done:)
