  1. maybe i am superstitious, but i just woudn't want to jinx anything. I remember when my now husband and i were on our first vacation together in hawaii....with the tropical weather-new love feeling, we were definitely tempted to get something together...

  2. I know this is a tattoo forum, but sometimes talking about about tattoo designs or tattoo care can get boring. I would love to get to know everyone better.

I thought we could maybe talk about some of our travels. the good, the bad, the ugly.

We travel to Mexico and Hawaii alot because of convenience and the need to just get somewhere hot and gorge on fish tacos. My husband and I got married in Cabo in 2006 with about 56 friends and family. we were a motley crew with our officient completely tattooed and a large share of our guests with their fair share on skin art. We go back to the resort every year and have even gone down with the sylvia's and lochlan (you can see some of their fishing pics in Loch's image gallery).

I have also travelled to france, spain, and Italy.

One of my favorite trips was in 2006 when I took my fiance (now husband) with me and my family to vietnam. What a trip. great food, amazing culture, kind people.

I'll try to find some pics to post.

Where have you travelled either for work or pleasure?

  3. Rules, schmules!

Unfortunately, we got to have them. These may seem pretty obvious to most people and common courtesy is the main thing we ask for on LST, but here we go:

California church members show faith with tattoos

    (09-13) 12:18 PDT Anaheim, Calif. (AP) --

Church logo tattoos are the latest in offbeat testimony at an Orange County church that holds Sunday services in a punk rock nightclub and collects offerings in KFC buckets. City Church of Anaheim is celebrating its first year in operation and the goal of reaching a 200-member flock with a radical commitment to the congregation and community: Tattoos of the red-heart church logo.

Pastor Kyle Steven Bonenberger told worshippers that God "tattooed your name on his heart" and it was time for an everlasting commitment to Him and the church.

The Orange County Register reported about a dozen people got inked, fulfilling the pledge they made if the church doubled its normal attendance.

City Church started in a living room and moved to Anaheim's Chain Reaction Club as the congregation grew.

Prosecutors: Woman stabbed man over feet insult

    Friday, September 17, 2010.

    (09-17) 16:04 PDT Everett, Wash. (AP) --

Prosecutors in Washington state say an 18-year-old woman stabbed a 19-year-old man for teasing her that her feet smelled. The Herald of Everett reported the man was found by police with a steak knife sticking out of his back, buried a few inches in. His lung had collapsed. Officials said he'll recover.

Charging papers said trouble started when Dallas Amber Smith was drinking and hanging out with friends and was challenged to do a back flip. When she took off her shoes to do the back flip, the teasing started.

Smith had no criminal history. She faces charges of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon.

Smith's attorney, Dave Allen of Seattle, declined to comment on the case Friday, saying he'd do that in court.

  6. But what if it was her one stipulation? I told Scott that he could do whatever he wanted, except braid his beard and add decorations to it. One woman's tattoo is another woman's beaded beard.

what if we started a poll and voted on scott braiding his beard and adding decorations?....majority rules right?
