So I got a new tattoo and it was a disaster... Badly need advice..

You should never get a tattoo from anyone who isn't licensed or in a shop. They can turn out really bad. An option would be to get a cover up, easily fixed but make sure you do the research before hand. Find a reputable shop. -
@Gear_Head The outcome of yours should be fine it doesn't look that bad. The severity of the infection determines the outcome. You should heal well.

Yes it is infected. Make sure you take the proper measure in order to prevent this from getting any worse. Hope it recovers quickly with no complications.

It should be fine. As long as you are keeping it clean and dry, and not touching it too often.
