  1. My eagle tattoo lined by Randi Baccheiga & shading and color added by Ernie Carafa
  2. Here are two of the tattoos I got in my absence....both by Dave Kruseman My "thumb sleeves" are my pride and joy right now....he he he The black and grey is fully healed in (nothing fell out) and the Lighthouse was a fresher photo (maybe later that night after it was done) but there really hasn't been much fallout but I am sure he will want to hit it with a second pass!
  3. I have thought about it and a notable baltimore tattooer suggested I do it and get signed releases and we think about making a book.....but I am really not into that idea to be honest! Maybe taking a few photos wouldn't be so bad though! I thought it would be awesome to try to get a photo of the person from about the time they got the tattoo with it showing and then get another one of them now with the tattoo and put them side by side! :) And thank you....it's nice to be back!
  4. I work at the Veteran's Hospital.....I have gotten to see some really nice old tattoos from guys that got tattooed from all over the world (mostly navy guys from WW2 and Korea) I have always been hesitant though to ask people if i could photograph them....maybe I will start doing that though!
  5. Hello everyone!!! My name is Bunny and i am a collector of tattoos! I was here a looooooong time ago and I have been away for a while but I will do my best to at least lurk and contribute as it is proper and respectful! I didn't see my original introduction......it's been that long....so I thought it best to go through the initiation process again! It'll be nice to meet the new people around here and I look forward to talking to some of the ones i haven't had the pleasure to talk to in a while as well! Much love and respect everyone! 6. Hoping to add three more tattoos tomorrow by three more artists at the Philly convention! I am stoked!!!
  7. Holy Shit! Have I been away from here that long??? Really? I apologize everyone! Ummm.....I just updated my profile and it said i had been tattooed by 47 people....well that was 20 people ago I guess so I have kept busy! The last tattoo I got was a few weeks ago by Mick Beasley at Dragon Moon Tattoo! Mick was artist #67 and she did a pink "my little pony" on my back!
  8. This was done at the opening of Todd Noble's shop Right Coast Tattoo
  9. I will be there tomorrow (Friday) Gonna add a few tattoos to my collection! See you all there
  10. Ha ha ha......I saw Lars' work and was totally blown away!!! I asked people if they had ever heard of him but they hadn't and when i showed them what he was doing they were totally amazed! Chris Lowe is the one who originally showed me Lars' work! I will eventually make it over there some day Brian and will definitely be stopping by the shop (with advanced warning of course) to at least say hello and meet you all! the work that comes out of that shop is phenomenal! Very cool that you work there!
  11. Two awesome guys who don't really care about being popular.......they just wanna do their art, and put in good, long lasting, solid tattoos! Both of these guys have tattooed me, as has Eric, and they are all under-appreciated if you ask me!
  12. I don't like the words.... tats, gun, or the word "industry" when used to describe the craft/business of tattooing!
  13. "collector" is the name most tattoo artists give to us though Mario I guess because we are collection tattoos from specific artists! I really don't see myself as anything special because i "collect" for my own reasons......not to enter contests and win trophies or for the "ego" of having good work! I just feel blessed to have met the talented artists I have met, and to have their art on me! It's the tattoo artists that make a big deal out of it because 99% of most people being tattooed have no clue who all these artists are that have tattooed me nor do they care! I really don;t know many "collectors" so i guess really tell you how others act when they come into your shop....I just know I am not like that. I have no problem with someone who only wants to get a name or kanji, or whatever as they are the ones that are paying your bills! As long as it is good work that is! :)
  14. Most of my work(collection) can be seen on my Facebook page so you can always add me there BUT please mention this forum in the friend request or send me a message first as I am not just adding anyone to my page! Link is below in my signature!
  15. This is the best I have so far! The lettering and negative drop shadow was done by Dave Cise at the Baltimore Tattoo Museum.......the photo was taken by my good friend Lauren Barnhart right after the tattoo was finished! Lining on the lower neck (woman blowing leaf petals) was done by Jon Glessner and his art as well....and the color was added by Brady Duncan! And everything on my chest you can see is by Brady as well!
  16. Sorry.....it's me again! Had Dave Cise at The Baltimore Tattoo Museum finish off his tattoo yesterday on my neck! I think my neck is totally done now! He added some lines around a phrase he has put on the front of my neck from ear to ear and did a negative drop shadow throughout the whole thing! It turned out awesome and i am stoked to have my neck totally finished!
  17. I totally get it Mario.....so no worries! you can show me one day when you tattoo me! :)
  18. Yes....Photos please Mario! I forgot I got tattooed by Jason Reeder again too....a carrot dildo....something he had wanted to tattoo on me for some time ....ha ha ha! Got that a few days before Brady finished my neck! Ummmmmm............the tattoos were literally on all parts of my body....on my back, both legs, and hip! Healing....I took a shower once a day like I always do....and aquaphor....and i had to wrap the tattoos for a few days so they didn't wind up sticking to my pants or shirt! Mostly didn't have anything on when i could! I looked like I was the walking wounded most of the time with cellophane & meat packs taped all over me....ha ha ha I try not to get anything larger than the size of a baseball anymore...and i am running out of room in certain areas BUT you would be surprised how much room i still have left! Jerry Swallow's & Timmy Tatts tattoos were not that big...i will try to post pics but i didn't want to clog up the thread with so many photos! 65 artists to date! Next up will be Sara Purr(I believe at the Baltimore Convention), Tanane Whitfield, & Dana Helmuth! I talked to Dave Cise klast night about a drop shadow on the text on my neck as well! I may take a break after these 3-4 artists tattoo me....but somehow i doubt that will happen as you need to take the opportunities as they present themselves! :)
  19. Philly Convention....tattooed 8 times in three days.... JR Tubbs, Kike Castillo - Friday Jerry Swallow, Sailor Eddie Jr, Barrett Fiser, Dave Kruseman - Saturday Scott Silvia, Timmy Tats - Sunday Brady Duncan finished off my neck about 3 weeks ago! Those are the latest!
  20. If the general public knew what a good tattoo looked like then i would say you had no worries Deb BUT unfortunately they don't so I can see your concern! Your good solid work will carry you through it I am sure of that though!
