Buffalo Phil Posted August 4, 2013 Share Posted August 4, 2013 How's it going everyone? My name is Phil, I've been an active duty Coast Guard avaitor for 12 years. I plan on retiring from the coast guard at 20. My goal in the next 8 years, is to hopefully be privileged enough to complete a PROPER apprenticeship, as a tattooer. Art has always been a part of my family and pastime. I Taylor my art toward tattoos. Hopefully someday, but I will never scratch at home! I live north of Tampa and if anyone knows an honest tattooer looking for an apprentice, it would be much appreciated if could let me know.
