the lady and her friend were in the shop getting tattoos so i had to go up there and say hi...and just like i hoped one of the other tattooers wasn't busy it's awesome getting something from a tattooer that's been doing it since before many of us were even born also awesome that he's perfectly happy tattooing it just like it is on the sheet, and he'll take his time even though it's just a little piece of flash

i'll throw this one up here too, if not only for the reason of having not one but two of a dudes tattoo's in this month, that has almost no internet presence at all and likes it that way. another from Jaie Devore at perfection in austin.

oh awesome. jaie is so badass, super nice dude too. i got tattoo'd by him friday, bob is a trip, he was sharpening a straight razor and a few pocket knives towards the end of my tattoo, saw him shave his arm with the knife under the light and it looked like hair was just exploding off his arm. takes a while to notice all the awesome art in there, all that bob roberts flash, you notice the huge ed hardy panther up above you with the red background? definitely my favorite place to get tattoo'd so far.

took this one night leaving perfection i think the whole thing is about 15-20ft. tall on the side of the building

oh yeah, i just looked at the pic on instagram again. richard said it was 2.5-3 hours tattooing, so 3.5 hrs with 3 breaks... you got a badass tattoo @Scott R also, i guess richard drew it up right there? that's what he did with my jaguar a few weeks ago.

i saw that huge panther on instagram so fuckin badass based on the times i saw of the two photos it was about a 3.5hr sitting...

just got a mini-battle royale from stell a little over a week ago. snake and a jaguar. i like to go to tattoo artists i don't have to explain much to, so i can give a vague description and trust i'll get an awesome interpretation. i was thinking the snake would be in the jaguar's mouth of course but i didn't say that. shortly after stell starts drawing something up he says "so you were thinking the snake would be in the cats mouth right?" i said "yeah that's what i was thinking but you can do it differently if you have a different idea." stell says, "well, i think that's the best idea...otherwise it just looks like they're hanging out together." i really like the dragon/eagle/snake designs...but i sure as hell wasn't doing all that in one sitting.

got this a few days ago, here is pic about 6 hrs after i got it here is a pic the next day, about 24 hrs after finished sorry this one is taken in a mirror and a different light the bruising below the tattoo is darkening now, 2.5 days after finished, a reddish purple i've never had this much bruising, but all my other tattoos have been arms and legs...
