  1. The origin of the phrase seems to be dating from the Roman empire, so it's not some marines or modern military saying.
  2. Leave it as is, it looks fine, don't overanalyse it :) Also, and maybe i'm mistaking you, but haven't you got all of your tattoos done last year?
  3. At the beginning of January i'll get a b&g Ripley in spacesuit tattoo on my forearm, can't wait! :D
  4. Wanted to post my healed tattoos, but i couldn't find a place to do so without seeming off-topic. So, this thread is for us to show our tattoos, no matter how old they are. I just like staring at diverse tattoos :) Here are some of mine. Joker is almost three months, Aldo and my cat about 1 month :3:
  5. And here's my tattoo done in the last day of the convention, yesterday, by Florin Orga. My first neo traditional and i love it so much! It's my cat who likes to bite, so we reinforced the theme :D Video also here.
  6. Hello again thread. Here's my latest tattoo done yesterday at a convention by Radu Rusu. I really love the look of b&g tattoos and can't wait for this one to heal. I really like it :)
  7. Getting a movie char portrait done today in a few hours by Radu Rusu, can't wait! And it's at a convention, too :D
  8. Hey everyone, here's my latest tattoo, Joker :) It's two weeks old, so it's still healing (2nd phase of sking flaking) and a little waxy. Also, another pic with how the arm looks so far (half sleeve yeey). I'm loving it and can't wait for more!
  9. I think people are more negative about badly done tattoos and not necessarily their subject. If the critique done is constructive (even if it's blunt) then it's great, as it builds and develops your taste toward good tattoos. Again, talking more about the technical side and less on the subject. But if you have a realistic black&grey flying di*k tattooed on you, then it's open to interpretation :P
  10. Small intentionally blurry pic of my new tattoo (to match his madness :p), but i'm so excited! Will come back when i have good shop pictures.
  11. The above is a read only post for me, so take that into consideration.
  12. You make a valid point there, Dan Apparently, i somehow thought i was on the last page but turns out i wasn't, so my answer is to a guy who posted 10 days ago I edited my post, thanks for pointing that out.
  13. @Huskey First of, that is a very visible spot for a free apprentice tattoo, i would advise moving it to another place. Second, it's a little weird for him to be telling you to "tip him good". It's either free or not, tipping shouldn't be part of the equation. And lastly, tell him to adjust that design, it's not a good thing to copy another tattoo exactly, both for you and the other tattoo owner :)
  14. I just looked on some previews Spike put on their youtube channel and from the comments, Ryan Ashley seems like she's very popular and one of the favourites.
  15. What type of look do you all prefer on arms? Small individual pieces (flash like, great example above) OR big pieces connected with each other (like Denis has)?
  16. One week 'til season 8, can't wait! Rooting for Kelly Dotty, just because i know her from another forum she posts in and her tattoos are awesome! Also, i'm glad Picasso is making a comeback, hope his technical abilities improved slightly.
  17. Well, i'm currently watching season 3 of Ink Master :D I kinda went backwords, with season 6 being my first one, then 7, 5, 4 and now 3. You can also watch Tattoo Titans on youtube, but it doesn't have the realization value that this has.
  18. PM sent :) I've started watching Ink Masters season 4 now, to scratch my itch for tattoo shows :D
  19. I've managed to watch yesterday the season 3 final of Best Ink (really hard to find episodes of it) and the artists there seemed really friendly to each other, no intrugues or strategies or anything like this.
