Yessir
You should check out Eye Candy, although walk-ins are pretty rare.

Do you mean the one in New Orleans?
-
i have one, she helped with my legal issues and she is colored to represent that.
hmmm . . . you mean green?
-
Hello, there - from another ex lurker.
-
You just get used to it. Most times it's people just checking it out and you get over it, but at first it can be weird. I've yet to get a bad reaction, but if I do. Fuck 'em.
this^
ultimately, staring in a bad way is their problem and their negativaty. It's only your problem if you let their reaction affect you.

I can't live without the pros I listed. Traveling for work makes me go insane because the food always sucks, everything closes early and I LOVE getting shit delivered because I am lazy on the weekends.
I would only move to either SF or a state with "will issue" CCW/Open carry.
Not nearly as big as NYC or SF, but have you tried New Orleans?

If being hidden is a main concern. Put on a long sleeve shirt and then put both hands behind your head, same as you might do when relaxing in a chair and throwing ideas around with your boss. That position tends to show the most skin as the shirt sleeve will ride up just a bit.
Fortunately, neither of my bosses at the time were concerned enough to mention seeing ink - nor eventually promoting me, either.

Angels with guitars!!
Love it.

I had to google him to see who he is.
Any reason I should be respecting just another writer/jornalist's opinions?
-
haha. creative, none-the-less.

I'd certainly have to avoid artists who have a drug/alcohol problem (hopefully I'd find out about it prior to ink touching skin), but I'd be more tolerant of an asshole if I knew his work ethic was impecable. Hell, 2 of my favorite musicians (Zappa and Miles) were both apparently supreme jerks in more ways than 1 - but I still love their art.

I would have to imagine that getting caught up in the bullsh*t that is TV would have to wear on any tattooist's ability to be consistantly creative. The piece shown above is inspired and I'd be delighted to wear it. On the other hand, there are a couple of other guys in his shop(s) who were more consistantly brilliant.

Thanks. I won't re-touch the old stuff, it is what it is, and it's a reminder of a different time and place. I do have some pretty colorful stuff planned to go onto that arm to sleeve it, so I hope it will more than offset the large chunks of black and faded-out colors!
There is another thread on here about red-reaction...note that ALL the red in the parrot, and the dragon on the top of my left arm is gone. Didn't last a year.
I've heard and seen that with one particular orange ink, but hadn't heard about it with red. You're thinking it's an ink thing, or skin reaction thing?
-
Especially love the right arm, Dan.
Looks like you're about ready for some color re-touching on the left?
-
sadly, this new show doesn't appear to be too promising, either.

Not a bad 1st tattoo, there, Rockerchick. :)

I'm on my way to a Toronto airport in a couple of hours and someone forwarded me this as a joke:-

The link to it came from this Guardian article:-
Wow.
4/20 was Hitler's Birthday!!?? Now every pothead is a Nazi sympathizer?!

No doubt.
That'd be a real score.
-
That's incredible.
Unforunately, I'll bet it works like a charm, too.

Here's a sideline question;
Does the site database show what percentage of overall members live in each continent?
