  1. I really like this one,it was done by Seth Leibowitz on one of the regular artists that does work on me,Jennifer Leonardi
  2. yes,I did with my Jess Yen piece,I did'nt know what it was going to be or where it was going until I got to the show.I did'nt care,I trusted him.
  3. I was also told and have tried it,and it seems to make sense & works,I have used saniderm on 3 tattoos now,and one trick that helps IMO is to take cool showers when using the product.I know it's a bitch in winter. All the exact reasons why ? don't know, but like I said,it makes sense. Jess Yen originally told me to do that.
  4. so I will be with Dave again this Saturday for a little more work in Stockton.
  5. I looked at it,it's cool,watch out,tattoos are addicting ! :D
  6. pics of it ? and hell ! so you're the family rebel ? . . . oh ya,welcome ! :)
  7. I have a few from the same artist , but being the awesome amazing really cool guy tattoo collector that I am, most are from different artists.
  8. I've been lucky I guess,I have never met an artist that disliked cops
  9. why dislike law enforcement ? they have a tough job and they deal with a lot of assholes ! ,I have found it pretty easy to play by the rules & stay out of trouble,
  10. LOL no,you can keep your crackhead loser asshole politicians !
  11. ah ! I did'nt see that part. I see now.thanks for pointing that out to me. :) I need to read shit better !
  12. IMO it's better that these HS kids are doing silly temp tattoos than getting real, illegal, crappy scratch work.
  13. on my rt knee I left it on for 4 days, and it was practically healed and turned out perfect, that one is all black,IMO that makes a difference, all of my all black pieces have healed faster than the colored ones. we are all different though,as far as our skin & healing.
  14. I have found that the pieces with color have more buildup than all black ones do.my Jess & Sam shaw pieces did'nt have any buildup ,but my gibson piece did it a lot. for those 3 pieces I put the saniderm on within minutes of getting the tattoo.
  15. I am confirmed for a piece from Phil Garcia in Oxnard on 08/16/14 ! I am getting my B&G skull with colored realistic flowers ,it will be on my left upper arm/shoulder. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Phil-Garcia/215246255164295
  16. you know you have a friend ,anytime you need anything, you know how to contact me.
  17. LOL what ? no, I said some guys I meet seem to think that guys WITH tattoos are tough guys.
  18. I have found over the years that bonehead macho asshole guys seem to think that because I have tattoos that I am good at & like to get in physical confrontations, well,I hate getting in physical fights & I really suck at it anyway,I'm a peace loving man, not a fighter, but because I have tattoos some idiots seems to think I'm a tough guy boxer MMA fighter. LOL
  19. that's who first introduced it & used on me for the first time this august. it is as good as it sounds, and yes it does help a bit with clothing rubbing on the area IMO,also it was great to sleep in any position and without worrying about staining the bedding !
  20. it's relatively new to the tattoo world, most people still haven't heard of it yet.
  21. well yes,I cut it so it is a couple inches bigger on the surrounding edge away from the tattoo so it seals up really good, and it also helps to round off the corners of the film with scissors so it does'nt peel up at all. also on my knees,it helped me to use strips about 3 " X 10" wide and overlap the pieces,it was easier to apply on the knee.
  22. both sides of the saniderm have a sanitary peel off sheet, one side peels off and is sticky to apply to the skin, and once it's applied then you peel off the outer sanitary backing sheet. and then you barely know it's there, How to care for a new Tattoo using Saniderm - YouTube ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, . How To Use Saniderm | | SanidermSaniderm this is my right knee, F.A.Q. | | SanidermSaniderm "How does Saniderm work? In layman’s terms, Saniderm locks in the body’s natural moisture and healing enzymes, allowing the body to heal itself in the most efficient manner possible. After tissue has been injured the body goes through autolytic debridement – a big word for the body’s natural process of removing dead and dying tissue. During this process moisture and enzymes are produced to help break down dead tissue and, in normal circumstances, they dry up and evaporative which reduces their effectiveness. When this happens, longer healing times are required and scabbing and scarring may occur. Saniderm locks in these healing enzymes, called autolysins, and allows the skin to continue to function as normal because the bandage is permeable to oxygen and water vapor (breathable). In addition, Saniderm protects against dirt and germs while eliminating friction and other irritations that might further interfere with the healing process. How will it affect my ink? Saniderm’s adhesive will not attach to the weeping area of a tattoo, therefore it can never damage or pull out ink. In fact, customers report that the colors of their tattoo remain more vibrant after using Saniderm, compared to tattoos that have healed by other aftercare products." and it was used on both my knee pieces and they healed perfectly, and even on a tough to heal body joint like the knee. I also used it on this large piece . and it was so easy and healed so well and so fast I couldn't believe it,non of these 3 ever scabbed at all !
