    I've been looking at cool geometric tattoos lately. Instagram . Instagram I'd like a forearm sleeve from John Sultana but I want to educate myself a bit about sacred geometry first. First off, I'd like to know where these tattoo designs originate from. Do any of you know of a website/book/etc that I can find references to the kind of geometric patterns on his and Thomas Hooper's instagram?

    just booked an appointment with Regino Gonsales for a samurai helmet on my inner arm. Here's the reference I had. Whether to do color or B&G is up to him.

I've gotten in contact with some artists and I've gotten ideas of skulls, flowers, hanyas, and drums. and severed head I'm leaning towards a B&G skull. Is there another badass idea that I'm not considering? Doesn't have to be japanese.

    Both have responded to my emails and told me to call to set up consultation but that's about it.

    I'm having a tough time deciding. As of now I'm thinking of either having Regino Gonsales do a half-hanya/half-lady face or Anderson Luna do a raven. Or maybe I'll just let them tattoo whatever they want.

    Cool, that's what I thought too. It was done by Danh Vu at Inkman Tattoo. His black&grey is good but I don't want to limit myself to one artist

    In your opinions, would it look weird if i put black and gray tattoos next to a colorful japanese piece? I'm thinking about something black and gray, maybe geometric, on my inner bicep or forearm. Here's what I have on my outer side.

    Can you guys please recommend me a good blackwork/Black-Gray tattoo specialist in New York? I'm looking to get a raven-sleeve on my forearm. Thomas Hooper's work is amazing and I'd love to get tattooed by him but he's in Texas.

    What's the general consensus about exercising during the healing process? I finished a big upper arm tattoo 2 days ago. Is it cool to run and lift again, or will that fuck up my tattoo? Are there certain precautions that I can take that will make it okay for me to lift again? Wear long sleeves? Wear no sleeves? I'd appreciate any comments.
