1. A good reason for abortion or contraception. Tony Parsons makes me ashamed to be British or even a member of the same species for that matter.
2. My tattoo by Nikki Balls today. Fun time & great tattoo.
3. @Stewart Robson I said to @Jade1959, today, you would know. Many thanks for the info. The new one by Valerie is lovely, picked up one today.
4. I just posted a picture of one of my appointment cards on Latest Tattoo Lowdown. @MadeIndelible posted a picture of one of his from Spider Murphy. Theres some really nice artwork on these cards. Does anybody else keep their cards? I'll get the ball rolling with a couple of mine. 2011 & 2012 from Frith Street. I don't know who did the artwork on these, but I'll try and find out.
5. @MadeIndelible I'm getting an Indian squaws head on my leg. 3pm Thats a great card btw.
6. @Tim Burke Those appointment cards are the dogs bollocks. If I remember I'll ask who did the artwork.
7. Just got a notification that mine has been shipped. Six to 10 working days via UPS, to get to the UK. :)
8. Personally speaking, in the final analysis. it's all about the tattoo. That's all you will be left with long after the memory, about the experience, fades. It's a bonus if getting the tattoo is a nice experience, but for me, its not a deal breaker. Edit- I said it's all about the tattoo but..... Saturday week I have got an appointment with Doc Price in Plymouth. Doc has been tattooing since the 1950's. I'm not getting a tattoo from him because he's the best out there but because he is part of tattooing history in the UK. He tattooed a pal of mine, in the 1970's.
9. @sboyer That's just made my day. 300 pages!! So excited about getting this book.
10. @Dan S I saw that one on Instagram. I couldn't really appreciate how good it is on the small screen on my phone. Nice story behind the tattoo as well, thanks for sharing.

12. gougetheeyes I've just checked out some of the other label designs. They are something else. I soaked and peeled off the label from that bottle of lager and brought it home.
13. I re-wrapped a tattoo once never again. I will never forget the smell when I removed the wrapping several hours later. It had the smell of death. The last time I smelt something like that was when I opened a packet of minced beef that had "gone off". You can heal tattoos by using sarin wrap. I believe burns are healed this way. The wrapping needs to be changed at least three or more times a day. The only thing I use sometimes, and thats only on lower leg tattoos is a very fine tubular gauze for a couple of days (it's to keep cats hairs away from the tattoo). The tattoo can breathe and if the gauze sticks to the tattoo a little warm water loosens it, no problem. Personally I can't see the benefits of re-wrapping a tattoo with sarin wrap but each to their own.
14. That is one beautiful car.
15. @Tim Burke Now thats what I call an eagle. I bet @Valerie Vargas really enjoyed doing that one.
16. Just stumbled upon this on YouTube about these co-joined twins. A pair of remarkable young women.

18. Iwar. I mentioned you to Bailey. He remembered you and commented what a great collection of tattoos you have.
19. I agree with @bulldog Because it is just the outline less surface area of your skin is affected so it should be healed well enough. However I would stay away from sarin wrap as it will trap sweat & bacteria. Your new tattoo needs the air to get to it to heal. So I wouldn't worry too much. Just out of interest, why do they have to throw coloured corn starch powder over you? For future reference pre-planning your tattoo sessions to fit in with other activities is allways a good idea if you can. We've all been there. Last year I booked two lower leg tattoos a couple of days before the London Tattoo Convention. After walking around all day my legs swelled up so much I had to take two days off work.
