  1. @jade1955 i normaly take them out of the holder but that is because i'm kind of a retard when it comes to motor-skills (is that an english word?:P) and at the pub i frequent you have to give your left show as a guarantee if you drink the beer out of a glass like that since theyre apparently expensive and they dont have many of them. I like my shoe so i don't want to break a glass. The beer is delicious thou, just had a few. I love my pub. It has no bar seats, instead it has swings hanging from the ceiling. Genius.

Lost another kilogram of fat again this week, which is strange since i sticked to my diet but since it's the first week of the year we actually have sun i spend most evenings/nights drinking around a campfire with my mates. Think i finaly figured out what i need to eat to loose about 1,5-2kg a week without feeling hungry. Add alcohol to that and it drops to 1kg which im still happy with. Feeling a lot fitter allready. I wake up feeling more rested and that feeling lasts through the day. It's awesome
  3. got my shit back together and lost the weight i gained after i started not giving a fuck about anything and drinking too much when my girl left me. I'm 1,89m and weigh 80,5kg atm but with a high (20ish%, can't be sure with those electric measure devices) so now i can focus again on losing fat and improving my shape. Got the mindset back and this time i won't fail

  6. @kylegrey I should have mentioned I'm not 1 rep maxing. I only go up if i can get around 8 reps with good form in. And so far i can add 5kg a week to my bench. Not getting up next week again though cause i struggled on my 7th rep on 55kg. O and i dont think i can squat. I've been told to avoid squats and deadlifts since my spine is messed up (it has a nice "s" shape to it. The presser of the barbell on my spine while squating could result in serious back injuries so I have to use legpress machines. Not ideal but it works
  7. @hogg well i'm still a beginner, so i gain quickly. Also im still young and recover quickly (19 years old) so as long as it's even remotely possible imma bust my ass for that goal

  10. Maybe if you switch your chest routine up to dumbells instead of barbell and add some dumbell chest fly's to? I find that dumbells put more strecht on my chest then barbell presses. Should add some more strenght to your chest imo
  11. got dumped last saturday and over the week i consumed a little bit alcoholic beverages without that much exercise, regained the weight i lost in the past 3 weeks in 1 week. Need to get my shit back together. Upcomming week will be insane workout week + strict diet like there's no tomorrow

  15. Bloody easter. I was in the mood to hit the weights hard today (totally forgot about easter) I arrive at the gym, the bitch is closed today AND tomorrow. I just NEED some weightlifting now to keep my mind sane. Atleast I'm going to a Textures gig tonight so i hope i can let out some of my tension in a good old fashioned circlepit
  16. Managed to squeeze in another 10kg on my lat pull down. Did 4 sets to failure (between 10-8 reps) on 65kg. Always feels like a great achievement when i can go heavyer then the week before and keeps me motivated. I started working out to lose body fat, but it has turned into a hobby/obsession now. Love it
  17. Just a quick question: I'm in the process of losing bodyfat. I workout with a 3 day split (chest and biceps, legs and shoulders, back and triceps). Each workout is followed by 30-45 minutes of treadmill running (30 on leg day, otherwhise im going to snap) and try to get an hour of normal walking in on rest days in combination with clean diet (no beer suuhuucks) Now to my question: For lowering bodyfat what would you recommend? Doing a 3 day split like i'm doing now or go for fullbody workouts with compound exercises only followed by cardio? Cheers
  18. I decided to change up my 3 day split routine a little bit. Instead of doing chest and triceps on one day and back and biceps the other i switched it up to chest and bicep and back and tricep. This way i can hit the muscles twice a week with the same amount of time spend in the gym. Ofcourse i keep atleast 3 days rest between those days (shoulders and legs in the middle of it) After a few weeks I'll tell you if it works;)
  19. @lving4today the injury that made me go " fuck it, this isn't for me" was when i was just cruising and steering to the left, fell off my board (this was on total flat ground at a very slow pace xD) and broke my left ankle. It's probably the most idiotic injury in skateboard history:D
  20. I wish my balance was better then that of a 3 year old retarded one legged midget. Believe I've tried to skate and broke/bruised all kinds of limbs in the process, but it was more recovering from my retardation with some casts on my limbs, then actually standing on a board. Never nailed one trick (not even an ollie;P) so i decided it's not for me
