I was going to pop this in latest tattoo thread, but the rest of my collection is here, so I'll just keep it together.
Initially,  today's appointent was going to be 3 pieces, but have to hold off - so just grabbed the dragon head. Back of the bingo wing.
Next week Andrew will touch up the reds he's done previously (axe, butterfly, strawberry,  little bit on swallow) as he isn't happy with how the reds looking.

Happy with my dragons head 🐲❤

There's always someone out there who can't wait to piss on your parade and ruin it. As @Dan said, they probably have crap tattoos themselves.

What @Hogridersaid. American Traditional could never be cliched.

They are classics for a reason. Just my opinion, but an American Traditional tattoo of an iconic image, if well done, never becomes a cliché.

it's skin. Not paper. Of course it moves. Just get more tattoos.

@Mattwall92 Not trying to be harsh, but I think you have unrealistic expectations. Your skin twists and stretches as you move. Of course the image will be affected.
    Enjoy your tattoo. Get more.

They spend too much time thinking about how cool they’ll be and too little time thinking about this artist, the design, the aftercare, the stigma, and the fact that unlike on TV, having one removed isn’t a painless 10 minute process that leaves the skin looking like new.
in short, they don’t think the whole thing through.

Finally finished my ribs. 3 hour session last week, I kept looking at the bottle of numbing crème, but held out. My artist offered it a couple of times, but I said I wanted to “earn” it.
I’ll post a pic when it heals.
I have two sessions left and my body suit will be complete. I’ve been chipping away at it for 12 years. I can’t believe it’s almost done.

Tattoos take time to heal. Give it a couple of months and then see what it looks like. I don’t see anything wrong with it. You may be overthinking this.

You can’t fix stupid and you can’t fix that tattoo. Let it heal then look for someone who specializes in cover ups.

I would just leave it alone, there is no fixing it, messing with it will just F*** it up. think of it as unique.

NO !!!!!!!!!!  that's not an option, if you just change your mind !?!??!?  LOL if you really knew anything about laser treatment, you would know it's a very long painful expensive process that doesn't get rid of the tattoo completly.

An article written by a reporter taking information from the company who makes the machine. No independent reporting, no fact checking. This is the kind of lazy, sloppy, excuse-for-journalism that is the standard these days.
I wouldn't believe a word in that article.
As far as FDA approval, all they are approving is that the device doesn't kill you. And I'm sure you can buy FDA approval pretty cheap.

Hogrider got a reaction from oboogie in Thoughts on my collection so far! Do they look cohesive?
I didn't look at all of the tattooers and all of their tattoos, but overall I wasn't that impressed. Lots of one dimensional, flat work. Also, I wouldn't get hung up on how long someone has been tattooing. The guy that did my wife's tattoo had only been tattooing for 3 years and he absolutely killed it. 10 years later, it still looks fresh.
I'd seriously suggest watching Ink Masters. Skip to the end of each show where they do the critiques and you'll miss all the silly made up drama. The judges critique each tattoo and tell what's good and bad about it. There are plenty of shitty tattooers on that show and a lot of them have been tattooing for a long time. It's just a place to start. I'd go to tattoo conventions where you'll see everything from absolute crap to outstanding work. Look at Tattoo magazines. Educate yourself before you get more tattoos.

Just wear that bikini top and trust me, no one is looking at the tattoo. If they do see it, they'll think it looks fine.
