  1. Yozin Bunshin. I believe he is early 30's and does tebori! The man did one of my all time favourite suits.
  2. Recent shot with the Flatmo sleeve completely healed! :D Visiting a friend who just got a bull terrier puppy!
  3. I heard about Shane O'Neil, Jime Litwalk and Jessie Smith years before they were on the show. I doubt established guys are disqualified seeing how I always saw books/the work of these three in magazines prior to being on Inkmaster. I'm in the boat with Nunez being overrated. I haven't seen a piece from him that elicited a reaction other than "meh".
  4. Andre is the man! This in-progress piece by Filip on Ching from East Tattoo is killer!
  5. That's a straight up line for line copy of Shige's work! Instagram - - - Updated - - - The caption on one of the photos is "Hannya work.. Just finished shading.. Backpiece is progress.. by shige copy work.. :(" like C'MON MAN!
  6. Not exactly new, but I finally snapped a couple (poor quality) photos of my sleeves now that my Kore Flatmo piece is fully healed. I can't believe it's already been a year since it was done, and over 5 since I got my Kurt Wiscombe sleeve! Time flies! Thanks for looking! I wish I had some better lighting for the photos! One day I'll get some nice ones taken!
  7. Why is everyone on the show so apprehensive when it comes to tattooing someones ass? Have they never seen a bodysuit before? Fuck.
  8. Mason is top notch! Nice guy too, chatted with him for a while when I was at Plurabella getting work from Kore. His charcoal drawings are even better in person! Be sure to post pictures of your work! http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Sv5jl3UsAIg/T4OCW-HhJLI/AAAAAAAAANQ/h54A-MO9yCo/s1600/skull%2Bgrave%2Bdiggers%2Bwebsite.jpg Edit: Shit that was big, just going to link to it instead!
  9. While Carlos is amazing at what he does, it struck me as odd to have him as a judge on a geometry episode. It would've been more suiting to have someone who specializes in that style like Nazareno Tubaro.
  10. I love this piece in progress from Filip! Also going to throw in a picture of the one in my collection :D:
  11. Looks like a sebaceous cyst or something of similar nature. I highly doubt it has anything to do with the tattoo.
  12. Not to mention the speed! He seems to put out a painting a day. I don't know where he gets all the great ideas, every single one is interesting and unique!
  13. I've seen them in person in Cincinnati and where I also met Mike. He's a great guy and the pictures on his site don't do the artwork justice after seeing them in person. I've been a huge fan ever since, and I'm constantly impressed with the speed at which he posts new work. I've recently scored a print of one of his pieces and thought I would start a thread to bring attention to his work for those who haven't seen it yet. Paintings
  14. I've never had trouble. In fact, last time I went through customs in Toronto on my way to Plurabella the customs agent I had told me he flew down to California to get tattooed by Bob Roberts. Fuck yeah!
