  1. Haha! I like to use Mine the day after, after I wash it so I don't ooze too much plasma. Usually if I use it right after the session I pool way too much.
  2. Finkster! What up brotha! - - - Updated - - - @finkster702 what up brotha!!!
  3. probably not the style for many of you guys, but im getting my armpit done by josh carlton in feb and then my other armpit done by jason butcher a couple weeks after that.

  5. i have a full back suit, full leg suit, full sleeve all by one artist but the rest of my pieces are from different artists.
  6. i entered the top part last month now i am entering the bottom part. done by jeff gogue. sorry for the blurry pic and this pic was taken the day after so it wasnt "fresh"
  7. @Dennis lmaoooo! i just got this piece a few weeks ago, wtf. cant i just enjoy it without it being copied already.. lol
  8. for small sessions and bangers i would agree with you, but for large scale pieces the pooling can be quite severe and can cause HUGE water blisters. i have seen nothing but good results when applying the derm the day after. - - - Updated - - - i agree totally.
  9. if you get plasma build up, you can also pop a hole in the tegaderm and use a paper towel to soak up the excess plasma and then put a small piece over the hole. the pooling is another reason why you should wait until the next day to apply the tegaderm (i learned this the hard way on my jess yen and shige pieces)
  10. I had back to back sessions. I put it on my gogue session but shige made me take it off on his session since the pieces were right next to each other. If I were u, I'd just wait til all your sessions are done. Unless she is doing 3 separate areas. Then it won't matter since she won't be tattooing the area that already has the saniderm on it. U might want to ask her her plan early so u can adjust accordingly.
  11. Tatuderm is more thicker and more adhesive as well. I have both. I use the tatuderm on flatter surfaces and the sani on more curved areas lol
  12. yeah this is the exact reason why i dont use saniderm until after i get home from a session. so basically i let the artist wrap me up in saran wrap first, wait for about 6 hours (if you have the time), then wash and dry and then apply the saniderm. ive learned that the hard way as i had so much fluid pooling it created some pretty gnarly water blisters, though luckily the blisters werent on fresh ink.
  13. I am also curious who the artist is. I also recommend using saniderm/tatuderm if u are going to be stuck on a long flight since u won't be able to wash your tattoo during the long flight.
  14. i wear upf clothing when i am too lazy to apply sunscreen. works like a charm and highly recommended!

  17. i agree with horitoshi I and horitomo are my fav tebori artists at the moment. also loving horiei shinsu's work lately.
  18. also if you can find old episodes of tattoo wars, by far the best tattoo show on tv. but of course they cancelled it because there wasnt any drama, just great tattoos. and also tattoo age on vice is highly recommended.
  19. thanks! i cant wait to get it done. it goes all the way down to my thigh.
