  5. The best part of Seinfeld is that it's on 3 different channels several times a day so you are constantly remembering new episodes. This time of the year makes me want to send out Xmas cards lie Elaine...
  6. That one was on yesterday too! Pre-Desperate Housewives days. I love how almost every episode has some big actor/actress before they became well known
  7. I feel like Seinfeld deserves it's own thread. Banya was on the episode last night. 42 inch waist, I'm huge.
  8. I recently went to the Stepping Stone Cafe in Portland where he did the man cakes challenge. This place was super delish. I got the chicken fried steak which is as good as The Pork Store in SF. My 2 amigos got filthy with the Smothered BA. This is an omelet filled with chopped up chicken fried steak, hash browns, onions, fresh jalepenos and covered with gravy. Don't plan on being productive after eating that.
  9. Lil Weezy is a tennis fan...and he called both winners correctly.... When Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., (a/k/a Lil Wayne) isn’t cutting some of the freshest and most inventive music of today, the Grammy-award winning rap artist can be found watching, talking or blogging about sports. Even while serving an eight-month prison term on Rikers Island stemming from a 2007 weapons charge, Wayne finds time to opine on the latest news and release new music. His latest single, “Right Above It,” dropped Aug. 17 and was the top debut on this week’s charts at No. 6, marking the New Orleans native’s highest debuting single as a lead artist. We asked Wayne, who is an avid tennis fan, to share his thoughts on the upcoming U.S. Open, which begins Monday in New York. We mailed our request along with a self-addressed stamped envelope and three leafs of SI stationery … and Wayne’s thoughtful outlook for the tournament arrived in our mailbox yesterday. (Post your questions and messages to Wayne in the comments and we’ll pass them along.

  16. Lauren Bush, daughter of George Bush, is getting married to David Lauren, son of Ralph Lauren. If she takes his name, her name will be Lauren Lauren. Which last name is worse: Lauren or Bush?

  20. Last month, I finally got a chance to go to Morimoto located on the new Napa riverfront. I have always been a big fan of Morimoto so I was super excited to finally get to try his food. We started out with the famous toro tartare. If you are a big fan of toro, then you will definitely appreciate this. It is super fresh toro chopped tartare style and served with his homemade DELISH guacamole, creme fraiche, fresh ground wasabi, rice crackers and nori paste. Amazing! Next we got the oyster foie GRAS and the beef carpaccio. The former was so rich and delicious- a baked oyster w/seared foie gras on it and topped with sea urchin. The beef carpaccio was one of the best I've ever had. For entrees, we shared the duck duck goose which was duck 3 ways. It was ok. Duck confit was YUM, frozen foie GRAS was good but duck fried rice was a little dry. We got a spicy tuna roll and a spider roll on the side. The sushi was perfect. Every ingredient was the highest quality and made to perfection. Besides the food being so so so good, service was impeccable. Definitely a younger, super nice and polite staff. We sat outside under the heating lamps with a view of the river. I highly recommend trying this place out for a special occasion. I heard the Beckhams were there a copy,e weeks ago with their kids. Not sure how David got outta there with his shirt still in tact. I'm just saying...
