They do a great job getting some awesome and knowledgeable guest judges (Freddy Corbin last week!)' date=' but they also get their fair share of shit. I wouldn't say Rob Zombie is any worse to judge than CC Sabathhia. It is what it is, I suppose.[/quote']
What's disappointing is that Rob would participate.

Hope this isn't a repost but this is disappointing

I discovered solid tattoos from a former co-worker by watching as his two sleeves progressed.
I have friends with rough looking tattoos and when tattoos become the topic I always try to encourage them to lots of research, most don't do forums but I suggest LST all the time.
I think where some of the 'elitist' idea comes from is every tattoo isn't epic in nature.

Perhaps you could use your own tattoos to set an example for this dude. Like "hey guy' date=' I'm in your boat, here's how to do it right."[/quote']
Exactly my thought and congrats on the step up man!

Idk, I'm mostly a collector of things mostly, I sell things but generally it's something I bought to keep. I applaud the ambition for sure though!
But on topic, they do have some really sweet shirts and I don't think anyone would have an availability issue, plus the prices are very fair.
-
I wonder if any LSTers will have their work saved in formaldehyde after they're long gone.
It's crossed my mind.
-
That is a pretty sweet design. Also' date=' a clever business model to have a design available for one day only.[/quote']
One thing I don't like is people buying them strictly to resell, for example after a release like this or a Dark Tower release, eBay will be littered with people trying to double and triple their money.

Going to see Spirit Caravan Friday with C.O.C. in Raleigh.
Which venue in Raleigh?

You should go have it removed..Or you could just relax, you know.. Up to you.

@deadsp0t' date=' adding three or four more colors to a small mostly filled in tattoo isn't going to do much more than making it rainbow colored.[/quote']
I should have been more clear, my bad. I agree I wouldn't add more color, I was referring to the overall execution which is why I recommended sitting down with the tattooer. Again, my bad fir not being clear.

I recently read an article written by an anthropologist who said that nearly all of the jobs we have available are bullshit' date=' and the ones that are actually crucial to our civilization are underpaid. While reading it I was reminded of a book I have (in storage) called "What We Cannot Prove But Believe Anyway" and one of the authors was a computer scientist who thinks we should write algorithms that write better, smarter computer programs. Because apparently he has decided that he no longer wants a job as a computer scientist. It makes me wonder why people go to such lengths to make themselves obsolete.[/quote']
My personal theory is that they believe they can be the first or the originator of something or an idea and capitalize on it to a point where having a job or career in a particular field won't matter.
I personally don't fault them for having goals or ambitions but I recognize that in most cases it probably doesn't work out that way.

<img src="http://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=10470"/> So a bit of background for a bit of context. I got this tattoo a few weeks ago. I was my first and although I had planned on getting a tattoo' date=' the final decision to take the plunge was more spontaneous and prompted by a set back in my life. (The full quote is "Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.") I probably didn't have as clear of an idea of what I precisely want that I should've had and the inspiration pictures on my phone weren't opening. However my tattoo artist did a good job despite having little to go on. Despite the fact that we had an appointment, I waited a good hour and a half. (They were super nice and gave me a discount for waiting.) So by the time it was my turn, the shop was closing soon. In addition, besides the fact that I didn't know what to expect, I didn't want to be super picky about every detail. (I know this sounds silly about something permanent-- however I do tend to over analyze and be a perfectionist so it's difficult for me to strike a balance.) Sorry-- that ended up being too much background. Anyhow. Here's my question for all of you guys that are much more experienced: should I add more color? If so, what is possible and what suggestions do you have? I like the idea of adding a light orange in the un-colored petals and then adding a more blue-green shading to the leaves and darker pink/red to other petals. I really like the idea of adding more color-- but I do like it now so I just need some perspective. Thanks for slogging through this monologue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk[/quote']
You can get countless opinions on color and such, in this case like many others, it's going to be best to sit down with your tattooer and discuss options on what will work best.

While I'm opposed and don't think I'd be cool with having a tattoo made on me this way, it should come as no surprise to anyone that the tech for this is being developed. Basically anything a human can do they are designing robots that can do it to.

I got this gnarly thing from Jason Kelly here in Atlanta. I love it.
That's a rad tiger!

Welcome to LST! :) if you're already tattooed, post up some pics if you have them!

You better get your ass to the emergency room right quick 'cause YOU'RE GONNA DIE' date=' BRO!!! But seriously, this thread belongs here: http://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/tattoo-after-care/4140-your-tattoo-infected-aftercare-faq.html
Maybe this answer is in that thread, but I've seen ppl told to post their questions in the intro threads, being they can not start new ones, so OP I believe you posted your question correctly and like already stated, what you're seeing is completely normal in my exp and should be just fine soon enough.
