  5. To lessen the appearance of rough skin after healing, once the scab has fallen off naturally, use cocoa butter. Putting it on in the morning and at night for the next few months helps your skin stay nourished to return to normal. It was definitely overworked, but scabbing in itself is not a bad thing. Heavy scabbing has a lot to do with how you care for the tattoo in the first 24-48 hours after getting a tattoo.
  6. I don't think anyone mentioned this yet... but when you move, the tattoo moves with you, so when you have your arms pulled forward unnaturally like that to look at it you're also pulling the tattoo... the only way to look at a tattoo on the ribs without warping it is to lift your arm 90 degrees to the side and not stretch... when you lift your arm to the front it will always stretch the tattoo... that is the nature of tattoos placed on heavy movement body parts, they will change in appearance as you move and stretch.

  8. That tattoo looks good. You don't have to worry about it being even.
  9. ya,ok,right, really !?!??!??? did you get a tattoo ? what hotel did you stay at ? Did you visit South lake ? did you see Zephyr Cove ? what artists did you get tattooed from at that convention ? so you guys shared a girlfriend ? sorry but I'm not believing that you actually went to that con ! are you just posting meaningless crap so you can post a link to your bullshit site ? what were you and your shared girlfriend impressed with ? you do realize that you are posting in a 7 F***ing year old thread !??!?!?!?

  11. Hi to everybody, I am new to the community. I am handpoke tattoo artist based in Paris and would love to get opinion from colleagues in the industry. Apart from being a tattoo artist I also love web design. So feel free to criticize, suggest, roast, offer ideas on my web-site that I have made myself. https://romapokes.com Compliments are appreciated, but the goal is to make the website better 😀 THANK YOU!
  12. Durability has nothing to do with color vs black and gray. Durability depends on your skin, how you take care of your tattoos (stay out of the sun and moisturize), skill of your tattooer.
  13. why do you say that color tattoos are not as durable ? if a tattoo is applied properly it doesn't matter if it's black & gray or color, it all lasts the same. I have color tattoos that are brighter and more vibrant than some of my B&G pieces ,and that's after years of healing on all.
  14. I prefer colored tattoos. I don't think they're as durable though
  15. Just old-school baby!!!
  16. First let me say I've never seen exactly that related to tattoos. Second, I am NOT a doctor, so take any advice with a grain of salt and follow it at your own risk. I do have something like that which appears on my face from time to time. After multiple visits to the dermatologist, which didn't fix it, I finally came up with my own treatment. Whenever it flairs up, I just wipe the area down with plain rubbing alcohol three or four times a day to keep it dry. That usually works within a couple of days. Again, I'm not a doctor, but I don't think it would hurt anything for you to try that. Good Luck.
  17. Hey, I have a serious problem! I got a tattoo in Manila 4 weeks ago. The artist is very well known and is one of the most renowed. 2 day after tattooing, small pimples began to form on my thight an many at the tattoo. 3 days later i had fever at night (just at night). After that, the pimpels began to spread very quickly all over the body. (back stomach etc..) I have now been to 3 doctors and everyone is at a loss. The blood work is fine and with no anomalies. Antibiotic ointment and cortisone ointment did not help. Xyzall allergy tablets did not help either. When i took cortisone tablets, 90% of the pimpels disappeared on the tattoo, but not on the other parts of the body. Now that I´am no longer taking cortisone, the pimpels on the tattoo are starting to grow back again very quick. On the other parts of the skin , the pimpels are sometimes lighter and sometimes stronger. This can be change hourly. They don´t hurt and hardy lever itch. Of course I´am afraid of a tattoo allergie. Has anyone already had this problem ? Does anyone know what that could be ? I add photos: 1) Photo directly after tattooing. 2) 2 Photos with the pimpels after a week 3) After 3 weeks while taking cortisone. 4) Photo of the body on the left.

    Hey :)

Hallo Just signed up. Nice geetings from Austria.
  20. No, they look like generic sh!t that someone who has never tattooed drew.
  21. I actually have pale skin and all my tattoos are colored btw
  22. Couldn't agree more with you, bud! Color tattoos are waaay better-lookin. There's just smth about their vibrancy. Black ink has its charm, not gonna lie, but color brings tattoos to life in a whole new way. I guess people who don't enjoy color tattoos simply don't have a good reference. I'll drop the gallery full of color masterpieces in here. Look, aint they sick? https://ink-match.com/gallery/all/all/all/all/colored/all/
  23. These tattoos look old. When did you get them?
  24. Nice tattoos! I'd like to get one with this artist too. Is he still working?
  25. About 36 hours into this. Just finished up the background and going to start working on Fudo next session.
  26. It must be very painful, but the result is worth it
  27. yes, I can offer you a deep immersive experience as you choose your path away from here.
