1108INK Posted October 5, 2023 Share Posted October 5, 2023 I am in the midst of opening my first studio. The paperwork for the health permit is daunting. I use disposable everything but they want info on autoclaving instruments, storage ect. Do I have to fill out in detail or can I just summarize?
