    Should I be worried this is infected? I did this tattoo on Thursday. It’s saturday and it’s feels hot to the touch. I don’t have fever or anything. But some pleases are raised and bumpy and red

      It looks OK. Just stop putting anything on it and let it heal dry from now on. It looks like you have too much lotion or Aquaphor or something  on it.
