    exactly why i couldn't pass it up haha. my little cousin has been mentioning wanting to get tattooed so he's actually coming with and getting his first tattooed from shrewsbury as well. should be a good time.

    soooo i wasn't going to get tattooed until September when i fly out to SF but i saw Adam Shrewsbury was going to be tattooing at Old Soul next week.. couldn't pass it up and made an appointment.

    I just saw a commercial for this on spike.. Just like the "Bar Rescue", some guy goes to failing tattoo shops and helps them out. Ridiculous.

    yeah i saw a few "no regerts" tattoos but they all seemed to be purposely misspelled as a joke. there are a few girls who got the usual "first tattoo, bible scripture verse on the ribs" deal and atleast 3 of them have a misspelled word included.

    i don't know what the hell "tepersol" is but if you want a tattoo removed that bad you should definitely just go with laser.. that shit looks pretty scary.

    damn, i've driven around 10 hours to chicago to get tattooed but i don't think i could drive 8 hours just for a consultation! i actually haven't even had a consultation ever before getting tattooed so far.

    starting a big tiger head on my lower belly tomorrow with antonio roque. not looking forward to the pain but it'll be nice to start filling my torso up a little more.. after that i'll only have both sides to fill in and i'm NOT looking forward to that at all..

    3rd session of my back is booked for the 20th. then a looooong break from getting tattooed while i pinch pennies and save every last bit that i can until September.

    Yep that would be me. How big is the snake he made on your thigh? I'm really wanting him to tattoo a tiger head on my stomach I just didn't want to screw myself over if he happened to be fairly slow or whatever. Mario tattooed a decent sized scimitar on my stomach in one sitting so I think ill be ok but I just wanted to reassure of it.

    farthest i have traveled so far is central PA to chicago to get tattooed by mario & frank at ctc last summer. about to double that by flying to SF from central PA in september. getting tattooed at spider murphys but i definitely want to stop by temple and a few other shops while i'm there and have the opportunity.

    ahh so bummed, i just saw this. my girlfriend and i are flying to SF the day after!! we are missing out. edit: actually just realized this was last year, not missing out afterall haha

    it blows my mind that someone would tattoo that design on you without informing you where it came from beforehand. i find it hard to believe that he didn't know because those designs aren't exactly something you just "come across" without seeking them out. i'd surely get it covered/removed/whatever you gotta do.

    ehhh if i'm going to travel that far for a convention it would be the London Convention.. i get pretty tired and "over" conventions after the first day so we are just going to go hang out, get tattooed by Stuart and relax. my anxiety goes through the roof when i'm packed in an area with that many people. plus i reaaally want to visit spider murphys!

    welp.. flight & hotel is all booked.. flying from pennsylvania to san francisco september 19th, getting tattooed by stuart cripwell in san rafael and then hanging out in SF for a few days. i've never been to the west coast/on a plane so it will be quite the adventure, to say the least.
