  1. Art and the appreciation for any style is subjective. That part is entirely up to you. It looks well applied and I like it.
  2. pictures or it didn't happen
  3. To be clear - you're looking for more visual references, or historical origin? Additional references might come up once in a while (none that I can quickly recall, tho), but I'd be surprised if the latter will become evident.
  4. Absolutely. Life isn't perfect. Relationships aren't perfect. Neither are tattoos.
  5. July 19th means 3 weeks basically. That spot isn't likely to still be there in another 2-3 weeks.
  6. Yep. Ink companies use different pigments/methods to make their products. I'd just try a different company's blue.
  7. Have never heard of this before. Can't imagine that drinking a ton of water is going to make you bleed any faster or more. Can you post a picture of what's been done so far?
  8. I've had much larger scabbing that came out fine. Super important not to dislodge any of them. Let them detach naturally.
  9. Doesn't look like an infection yet, at least from this perspective. I'd let it dry out, too.
  10. Six months after you got tattooed, if you find a problem on your skin it's not likely related to the tattoo. As long as it's not infected you'll need to just wait until it heals to see how that area is going to react.
  11. I'm not seeing a problem there. Ditches are tough to heal.
  12. Lol. Lower legs definitely got my attention the next day, but nothing special during the actual sessions. At least you got a lot done so far!
  13. This forum (including me) leans toward preferring image based artwork.
  14. I sure don't think it needs "fixing", but you are the wearer. Check with the artist to see if those particular colors changed over time on other wearers. Maybe in the effort of using new/vibrant colors he/she used a new product that is extra sensitive to the sun, moisturizers and such.
  15. Symbols can be boring. Come up with an image that represents "impulsive" to you.
  16. sure still looks quite shiny . . . how old is this piece?
  17. That came out World Class @Anxioussoup! Congratulations. And my legs weren't nearly as sensitive as the sides of my back was.
  18. To answer your question - that all depends on what you want to cover it with.
