  4. Mel Maybe this summer I will notice it more. Right now its way to damn cold to wear a tank top or tee-shirt. LOL (this morning it was -31deg C which converted to F is -23.8)
  5. Lochlan you do come up with great topics and little games lol!! Here's my list. 1) First tattoo. Who: I forget the artists name now. What: It was a genie. When: About 13 years ago Where: It "was" on my forearm. (Keep reading it will make sense). Why: Because it suited me at that time. 2) Latest tattoo. Who: Shawn Rouleau, at Ink Tattoo Studio. What: Its a sleeve of some different wildlife with an Asian feeling to it. When: Currently ongoing. Where: Its on my left arm. Why: Well it started with my first tattoo of the genie. It was not done well and I was never told about how the sun and especially chlorine from a pool (I was swimming a lot back then) would fade the tattoo out. So back in 2007 I had a cover up done on the genie and thus started the sleeve. 3) Last song listened to. Well I would have to say that it was. . . let me look on my ipod lol. . .Supersonic by Oasis.

  12. Wow this is a great topic. Where I live there is not a lot of heavily tattooed people, not that I am heavily tattooed but I do have a good start. I think that my wife gets more looks of "oh my god keep away from her" from people than I do (she has less tattoos than I do, we both are having sleeves done). Of course I have had my forearm tattooed for longer time so maybe I am used to people looking and what not. I think that the most questions of "Why would you do that??" and many others comes from family and non immediate family. So I usually take the time to answer them. The way I see it, I don't care if they have one or not, I am going to do what makes me happy, who knows how long we are here on earth for so don't put things off that you want to do. So if I can educate them on it they will never ask me about it again and they can go on with their lives LOL Out in public only people that are really interested in them seem to ask us both about them.
  13. Business cards are a really cool way to help others when information is needed. Unlike most people I don't have a cell phone on me all the time (its for emergencies like for calling a tow truck and even then I usually don't have it on me LOL sigh. . .) So if I need a phone number or an address or something of the sorts they are great to have in your wallet! Also regarding ones for tattoo shop/artists its great when someone stops me to admire my tattoos and I have a card for that artist to give the admirer.
  14. Thanks AlannaCA. They are good boys that's for sure. I am not that great of a rider, my wife has been teaching me. She wants me to get professional lessons I guess I will see in the spring. I do love to watch them, be themselves out in the paddock and pasture, its very relaxing. That is why I hate living in big cities, there is no place to actually relax, kick back and enjoy nature. Night time in the country is amazing too as the sky lights up with meteor showers on occasion, the stars and the moon.
  15. Hmm Did Cornishtiger ever get his hot rod tattoo sleeve? and if you did could we see it?
  16. I think I misunderstood. LOL :) ("Big tribal type work could be a solution for olympic cyclists, swimmers looking for more streamlined suits .Mandatory tattooing for athletes"). I was thinking he meant that not wearing body suits for athletic performance but to tattoo them on in place of. I got this horrible image in my head of some dude performing pole vaulting with just a tattoo of a speedo.
  17. The thing about this image is that nothing about it is actually moving. It works with your brain and optical sensors. Stare at one spot and the little shapes stop moving. Look at it and follow the movement and the page just crawls.
  18. Yes having a portfolio specifically for the work you have completed that is your most favorite work is a great idea. Who's to say that you cant use those same pics in some of your other portfolios if you went with the idea I had before.
