Im just starting to post. I'm a father of 3. I'm getting tattooed tomorrow by stewart robson. He is doing a guest spot at kings avenue on long island.

and also my closet Friend @Dzelram and I grew up together in Masspequa on Long Island. He is also the reason that I am into tattoos. We have gone many times to get work done when we were younger. We are reliving the past and getting tattooed agin together. We went to Smith Street together today, unfortunately we were turned away. I'm going back to NY in June and I will have an appointment this time!!!! No more leaving to chance......

That's awesome!!! She's on my bucket list. I was able to chat with her for a bit while Stewart set up. She's a great lady. You'll be please with whatever you get.

I'm actually amazed that you were ready to be tattooed more after the number of hours you put into your back this week. The longest session I've had on my back was 4.5 hours and that completely wiped me out. I can't imagine doing longer than that 3 days in a row!

What can I say.... I'm a stud!!!! :cool:

But seriously, @Stewart Robson was great in the plan for the 3 days. He didn't go over the same area and he moved around my body. So it was like getting different tattoos done at once in different places......

I also had an artist ask me for an extra $100 after a session because the tattoo came out extra special. Still, I got a good tattoo out of it, but that didn't sit well with me.

Wow, I was about to say to you "hey the price is the price". By where the guy asks for an additional 100 bucks I'd say he didn't abide by that rule. It works both ways.

That is true. I'm always thankful for what I have as opposed to obsessing over what I don't.

I was at Smith Street Tuesday and Wednesday (with appointments), but I saw people get walk ins both days. You just have to be willing to hang out for a while. On Tuesday there was a guy who got there before 12:30 and it was around 2:00 before he got tattooed. I'm glad we had appointments, but I can see how it would be a cool experience to walk in and see who has time.

Yeah, Eli and Steve were both very nice and apologized for not being able. Win some lose some....

@jade1955 is in New York beginning of June and I know he wants something at Smith St. He wanted a walk in as well. I will suggest to make an appointment.

Oh wow!! I will be there around the week of the 9th. That would be great if I ended up there at the same time!

So I showed up at 12:00 and was hoping to be able to walk-in. Unfortunately I need to get to the airport by 5pm and that's when they were free. Too bad, I'll be back in June.

@Reyeslv thats coming along nicely, any color in future sittings? that piece he did with the colored peonies(maybe different flower) against the black shade was badass the contrast was visually pleasing

Nope, we are done for now. We will do some more in Oct at the convention in SF!

@Reyeslv I was just looking at the outline, again, on your gallery. Thats going to be one heck of a tattoo when it's all done.

I'm not sure how close your getting to the crack, but its the strangest feeling when the vibration starts to travel *a little to deep* for comfort. It weirded me out when that happened.

Yeah, same thing here. The pain was intense and I agree about the "weird" feeling.

That's great!!!! Man, it hurts like no other!!! No painkillers or nothing. Not making that mistake tomorrow. Went 6 yesterday and 7 today. Not sure how long tomorrow. I'll post some pics after tomorrow, it looks FEEAKIN AMAZING!!!
