Good, neither have I. I said I'd found conflicting things online regarding keeping it moisturised. I thought this was a forum to discuss tattoos and as a newbie to tattoos I've come on here for a bit of advice, if you've nothing better to do than sending condescending replies, don't bother.

Hogrider, the OP said he would stop over-moisturizing and you posted a snarky reply. How do you expect him to respond? Knock it off. That was uncalled for.

I don’t need to be a moderator or a frequent poster in order to call out rude behavior, do I? If you want to get down to brass tacks, the forum rules do state this is supposed to be a positive and helpful environment and your comment wasn’t either of those things.

But thanks for the suggestion, I’ll definitely be clicking the ignore button.

the blowout should fade a bit but will still be noticeable. i have some minor blowout but nothing major. some people stated that laser removal can fix some blowout but i have never seen a legit post of after pics from someone

I agree with @oboogie, I've never seen a blow out that big. I wouldn't go back, I don't care how famous, how far out they are booked, or what quality of work they do on others. Find someone who does coverups and see what they can do. The tattoo itself probably doesn't need to be covered, but the area around it, where the blow-out is will needs some work.
    Good luck

It wasn’t noticeable at the time of the tattoo. It didn’t become noticeable until 9 days later. I’m mostly hoping something can be done to save the majority of the tattoo because I actually do like it, but two of the flowers up top have scarring and fading, and then there’s the blowout itself. This artist stays booked because of her usually good work, and it took me years to get on her calendar, so I’m really bummed it turned out like this.

All you can do is wait really, you won’t know until it is fully healed. That will be why the studio said to wait and see.

I agree with wait, a tattoo takes months to heal.
