  1. The Fudo chest piece is INSANE! And the outlined and rooster and snake thigh piece is intense!!!
  2. Gonna watch it first thing after I get home from work tonight!
  3. Got it. Let's shoot for another time then @slayer9019
  4. I dream about being tattooed by Shige, Horitomo, any of the Horitoshi family, Wendy Pham and a whole slew of other artists. But I am very happy with the tattoo artist who started me on my journey, Henning Jorgensen. He's introduced me to a world of great artists who are as genuine and humble as he is. He's given me beautiful artwork that I'll treasure for a lifetime and just an awesome guy to chat with about life in general. Henning loves tattooing and that's something that I admire about him, his passion for his work. Mike Rubendall is the same way, hence why he and Henning are such good friends. Same minds gravitate to one another. I'm lucky to have work from both and will continue that trend.
  5. Oddly on topic, I've been to a couple of these places and at some of them, they make the girls wear body make-up to cover up their tattoos.
  6. You need to come out to the LST NYC get together this weekend and show this tattoo off. The colors and the design are SUPERB!
  7. Looks GREAT! You must of took a beating today from the looks of it. How bad was the pain?
  8. @slayer9019 I plan on dropping by but can probably stay an hour at most. Have a family thing in the evening
  9. Bed Bath and Beyond. $19.99 for a package of 4! Sign up for their emails and text messages to get 20% off coupons and save even more. My additional "trick" is that they are not hung up on a conventional hook that goes into the wall. Rather, I bought some mounting tape (think velcro) and hung them up in that manner. Easier to align and cleaner looking as well. Bonus is the mounting tape is strong but if you change your mind, it won't damage your walls or the paint and comes off easily.
  10. Henning Jorgensen just finished this on Lucas Ford...STUNNING
  11. Ah yeah, I think you're right. Crap, oh well no big complaint here, haha!
  12. I'm completely BLOWN AWAY! I never win anything...ever. And here I was co-winner of last's month's "Tattoo of Month" contest and I thought, life is good and YAY! tattoo related too! This is right up there with the LST win, wow life is good indeed! I'm hoping I can drop by Saved and get Thomas Hooper to sign the one print! Thanks!
  13. Kings Avenue Manhattan Saved Tattoo Three Kings Tattoo FlyRite Tattoo
  14. Thanks for posting this. Except for the tattoos, she physically reminds me of my grandmother who passed away in 2009. She had a huge hand in raising me and I miss her dearly.
  15. Apparently the north east coast tattoo collectors roll deep on LST, hahaha.
  16. If it was a Tuesday in May, most likely it was me. You should have definitely stopped by and said hello and I would have loved to see your piece from O'Donnell up close. I'm off for the summer and start things up again in October with Mike. Will keep you posted if you want to drop by. I'm talking to Chris about a calf sleeve after my back piece is done.
  17. Welcome! You're off to a great start!
  18. Getting back on topic....more on this: The Tattoo Artist All the Celebrities Want Now - The Cut
  19. @Takeway Simply breathtaking backpiece! The maple leaves are fantastic and the background sublime!
  20. Ah dude, you should have came. It wasn't terribly crowded and met some really cool people.
  21. Here we go. Apologies for the suit...unfortunately my plans for world domination have gone to shit so I still have to work for the man. Really cool experience. Can't wait to read the book. Ed was super nice and friendly.
