I have rose tattoos or roses incorporated into tattoos done by Scott Silvia, Vinnie Myers, Seth Ciferri, Mike Pinto, Dave Kruseman, Brady Duncan, Jon Glessner, Krooked Ken, Kike Castillo, George Benjamin & JR Tubbs!

I was shooting up on our property in WV this past weekend.....thought I'd share!

22 is young and you have plenty of time to finish your arm/arms later in life! Pick some other areas that can be exposed if you want them to be or covered up in needed to be! You have no idea what you will be working at in 10 years and although it is a lot better now than when I had children.....my kids were kind of known as the kids with the "tattooed mom" lol Slow and steady wins the race......and remember.....get the best tattoos you can afford now because the tattoos you are getting now will be hopefully 50+ years old someday!

Guy is selling and has taken a few people selling his fake Rogers machines and he needs to be careful because there are seriously a growing number of people looking for him.....and they don't want to shake his hand either! ;) I will pass this info on to the people on the Rogers FB page.....it was taken down because a meeting to "buy" a machine was set up in hopes that "Tony" (he has several aliases) would show.....but he never showed! I'll pass it on!

I don't even notice the stares anymore! I always tell people that you made a conscious decision to be "different" than the rest of society so you have no reason to complain! It's how I have felt since my first tattoo....so I don't complain or generally be ignorant back! Someone touches me....whole new game plan! Men I tell them to get the fuck off of me very loudly........women I just grab there boob! ;)

My hubby has a tiger on his forearm that is dodging arrows.....it's in the Iron Will book in one of the sections in toward the back!

I have a pooping dragon bunny.......I know it's not what you are talking about.....but it is a sort of dragon! ;)

I will try to get an updated photo of them tonight when i get home from work! But here is a photo not too long after they were done for those who haven't seen them!

A little cuticle action by Dave Kruseman as he touched up my thumb sleeves yesterday! The tattoos are holding up amazingly well!

Cool....I am basically going to see a bunch of people but if you make it down i won;t be too far away from Ritchie Montgomery's booth or Mike Schweigert's booth! I am pretty easy to spot....lmao

This really sucks......such a fun and positive trip planned and right at the start this kind of thing happens! Definitely sending prayers and good vibes his way for a speedy recovery!!! :(

That is probably the case then....I know he was up there pretty regular when they opened up but really haven't seen him post much from there recently!

So are any of you going to the Visionary Tattoo Arts festival/convention in Asbury Park the last weekend of this month??? I know there is one on LI as well but I am just gonna head up on Friday to Asbury Park and didn't know who else might be going!

Photos Mary d'Aloisio took of me at the Baltimore Convention for her blog and Skin & Ink Mag have been on there almost a year now! Mary pulled her blog and page down totally! I did the "delete pic" thing too and about 3 months later the photos were back! I have been figuring anything I post from now on online is potential flash for someone to use and that's the way I am gonna treat it!

yeah....the Mike Perfetto thing is kind of an all day experience BUT if you are like 4-5 on the list then you can always leave and come back as long as you are there when it is time to get tattooed! He's not that far away from some good pizza and some cool little shops all within a 5 -10 minute walk (that's what we did) I was #6 on the list....I got there around 4pm and didn't get tattooed til almost 10:30pm! BUT....I had a blast there....walking up around the corner and getting some awesome food....Tony Polito stopped by to hang out with me.....talked to the other customers and everyone was cool! In fact there was a regular there that had work from Coney Island Freddie (Mike's uncle....I think) as well as some work from Brooklyn Blackie! It was definitely an awesome experience...and probably the closest experience to how it really was 30+ years ago! I think Mike opens the door earlier than 4pm so that people can sign the list.....maybe around 1-2pm if I remember right....but he doesn;t start tattooing until 4pm! Just call the shop and ask if you want! Also think about getting tattooed by Steve Delgatto who isn't too far away! Krooked Ken is a co-owner of Powerhouse Tattoo and he was tattooing there pretty regularly when they opened the doors.....you should def call and see when he is tattooing there again! Ken does very clean work! Can't imagine anyone at Powerhouse not being a solid artist! Yeah....you guys around the NYC area have a plethora of incredible tattoo artist to choose from!

I hate seeing tattooing on television other than MAYBE a well done documentary....then again I think you should have to pay to go to an actual tattoo shop and get tattooed and hope someone is willing to share anything with you if you really want to know anything about it....BUT......I have seen a few of Ami's tattoos in person and he is not a bad tattooer! In some ways I wish I could say he was! I would not add something from him personally.....but his tattoo work looks solid and like it will stand the test of time! JMHO :)

I really don't ever say I wouldn't go to anyone specific! I just feel like you said....it's my body and I know what person I want to add work to it! I guess if wanting and having good work that people can actually tell you is good work all the time is being an elitist....then I am guilty as charged...lol
