  1. I agree,it does,it needs a bigger banner swishing back or something to put it in. easy fix.

    Thick lines

ya,that will happen,it's normal, tattoos take months to fully heal.

well,I'm not sure if I was much help LOL,like I said though,a good artist could rework it or cover it up no problem.

that's for sure some pretty bad line work, first thing to do is to NOT go back to that tattooer , it is kind of strange,it doesn't really look like blowout,it looks like bad line work, but it didn't seem as bad in the "before" shot, but then it's a different POV that could be fixed or covered up by a better artist that knows what they are doing. sorry to be so blunt,but...

    hai

this is not really the place to do school projects . go get your first tattoo and then you will have an experience to take the survey about. there are probably other online discussion forums better suited for your survey.

    Hello

LOL sorry but that sounded just like a politician answering a direct question without answering the question ! just a funny observation,no personal attack intended.
  11. this /\ ,,, personally I see a post that long and there is no way I will read it,I just pass it by. @Charles.M maybe a personal blog would be a better place for you and your thoughts.
  12. I agree, some people here tend to get bent out of shape if somebody asks a question that has been asked before, well if it was asked a year or 2 ago, then things change in the world,so new POVs and opinions and products or styles ,etc, etc,is it really an issue ? the mods here do a great job and unless they do something then great,if not then apparently the issue was no big deal, and multiple questions and new threads on topics that have been asked before,SO WHAT ! if there is a violation of rules then the mods are on it. and BTW,google chrome does a great job of spell check as I type.(that is if I have my glasses on and I am paying attention LOL )

    Hello All!

welcome ! and WOW ! those two ideas "photography & the Navy" are way cool, that brings to mind so many ideas & possibilities of great tattoo art ! the right artist could do so much with those two ideas !
  14. it was great seeing you & talking at the SF show, glad you met my wife finally. :)
  15. under saniderm, here is my latest AM/TR,it's on my upper thigh about 9x8",it was done by Oliver Peck 10/22/16
  16. the peeling is normal but the ink fall out not so much, and I don't think it's a matter of hand or wrist skin,IMO it's more the tattooer's application of the ink in our skin. I have both my hands done and yes they peel like any other tattoo, but there is no fallout of ink at all on either hand. hand tattoos can possibly fall out close to the sides by the palm or knuckles, maybe. here is my hand tattooed in Feb/2016 never touched up,shot tonight here is my other hand tattooed in Aug/2016 never touched up,shot tonight
  17. I've never heard of "edge day" or " straight edge ", LOL I guess that dates me ? just look at my avatar !
  18. funny you should mention that, this was last night LOL
  19. am I missing something here ? because I don't see any "personal attacks", I just see opinions.
  20. my wife and myself got some work from Oliver Peck on Saturday (10/22) at the SFO show. my wife got this octopus it was put next to this mermaid Oliver did last February ,she is working on a traditional underwater leg and I got this on my right upper thigh,it's about 9"x8" . . .
  21. we had a great time as always there.we both got good tattoos.
  22. you are lucky ! :) although I will say that years ago I used to scab badly, especially with red & blue ink,but the quality of inks has gotten better since the 80's and my knowledge of proper healing techniques have also improved ! LOL
