  1. Good reading.

I have a tiny bit to finish tieing the neck together, colour one butt cheek and a little inner thigh, then the only place to fill then is ..feet to sleeve.

Been dreading the thought of the feet even more than before slamming armpits, sternum & knee pit.

Anyone here had the ankle bone worked over?

  2. Some more old Brisbane, Australia thrash. Mouthguard - Stalingrad.

Sydney Oi! Rock n roll. Kingy from Rose Tattoo on bass. These fuckers kick arse.

  3. Little work to tidy up around the neck line next week, just some black fill, clouds & lightning bolts then on to finishing the hammer head shark taking up one side of the butt cheek. Outline is in, time to smash the colour. Not looking forward to that recovery, plus it's getting cold here. Man, I hate being tattooed in the winter.

  4. I will be very drunk later. Like - get my tits out drunk :)

That's an inked Aussie mumma for ya!

Speaking of Cider Mumma, been punching pints of cider for breakfast with me ol' mate today. If ya wanna try some real horrible cider, try a flagon of Westons Old Rosies.

It's flat, it has floaties, it looks like cats piss, it tastes like cats piss..but at neary 8% it's faaarkin moorish.

If this shit doesn't help with ya gettin' ya tits out, nothing will :)

  5. It stinging is a good indicator straight up mate. Cetaphil is designed for dry skin, not an open wound. Have a look at the ingredients, it's alcohol based.

This shit here is fkn good shit for fresh tattoos. It cleanses and has a mild local anaesthetic.

In saying that though, personally I pretty much dry heal.

Post tattoo, old mate hot water towel pats the tattoo down. Not boiling water, but pretty warm. An hour later I'm home, pumping hot shower while drinking ice cold cider. (The cider being the most important part).

I'll use a soft body wash to hand wash the tattoo down, one with an Alo Vera or similar base.

The only time I'll use the paw paw is if an area is red/ inflamed & only just a light film. No need to over gunk.

Cetaphil is a great moisturiser to help nourish when dry, but again, I'll hardly ever use it and it doesn't necessarily have to be Cetaphil. I've only been using it recently on my hand & knuckles as it was healing hard, and the Mrs had it handy. Don't stress about the ink either. Sounds like ya just copped a belting and it's weeping a little.

I ain't no expert on healing, and we all have different ways. This way just works for me.

    Hope this helps.

  6. Black Throne. Excellent choice. Clint is also one of the nicest blokes you'll ever meet.

My tattooer is kind of retired, plus I stick with the one guy to suit out, but I'de refer everyone who asks BT way without a second thought.

  7. Doing a Kettlebell program at the moment that's 10x10 swings and 10 Turkish get ups a day (doing near daily sessions). I'm using a 24kg and 16-20kgs for the TGUs. My goal is to use a 32kg bell for all of it, hitting particular time targets. The swings will be do able but the TGUs will be a lot harder!

Something a bit different. I'm giving it till the end of summer.

    Kettle bells are kick arse.

    I don't lift the big 3 anymore.

I hit a tabata, 3 min rounds all single arm alternate, pyramid 24,20,16 & back up with something like a high swing, deep squat push press, snatch, shoulder press.

Battle ropes are awesome too. The same, hit tabata 3 min rounds alternating between a 24 & 16 kg rope. That shit works ya over fkn big time.
