    I've had a crush on peg bundy since the 7th grade. Not Kelly bundy, PEG bundy. I really wanted to hate this show but dammit, it's really good! Huge fan of Ron Perlman, katey , and that Irish dude with the crazy scars. Plus the story line is good too. And jax and his sister are totally gonna bone.

    MsRad... The kook had an actual wolf as a pet. He lived on a small hobby farm. He kept the wolf there and he'd occasionally get loose and eat one of the chickens or ducks. I was in the back making needles and heard the door chimes. I went out to help the customer. I get out to the counter and the wolf was standing right in front of me. It was lookin in my direction but it almost looked like he was looking "through" me. It was an eerie ass feeling. I froze in my tracks and then see bossman and his trashy ass girl in the window laughing at me. The wolf then commenced to mark his territory all over the shop. Wolf piss smells sooooo fucking bad! He said he was living in Denver at the time and scoped out a wolf mother for a while. She had pups and went out looking for food. He took his chance and went into the den and took a pup. At least that's the story he told me. Don't know if any of you have ever been close to a wolf but they are intense animals. Supper tall and extremely intelligent. It did not feel good to be that close to ol Four Socks

    i guess its possible. difficult to tell without seeing the existing tattoo along with its placement on your arm. if its faded, you are going to want to have it redone to match everything else. if you are doing all zodiacs, you could try putting the little dots and lines inside the bull to show its a constellation. just an idea

    Had the pleasure of working with letter master Dave Gibson for a short time. It was awesome seeing him lay out names. It was also awesome to see that even he got frustrated sometimes laying stuff out. Cool old dude to talk to. ALWAYS has stories to tell

    them lettering book are a "stepping stone" to what can be done. the truth is, if you trace the letters directly out of the book, it totally shows. there is nothing like hand drawn letters. even when i do OE letters, ill tape tracing paper over the original style and then redraw my version of them directly on top. hand drawn letters have much more soul in them than any traced letters will ever have.

    awesome gia! thanks so much and fuck yeah! mama san runs the show there!!!!!!!!! everybody knows that hahaha working in san jose for the better part of ten years i saw alot of his work. most of it was really bad. the better stuff i saw was from the eighties. hes kinda in bad shape right now. last time i saw him, he and his wife were walking into the post office. i was already in line. he was using a shopping cart to help him walk. when they got in, i let them skip me. people behind me were pissed, but fuckem. old dude always has a smile on his face. i really hope somebody writes his story down before its too late. maybe i should call up taki

    i have always been a huge fan of lettering. even before tattooing. ive always noticed the lettering in cool old signs and window season displays. once i started tattooing, first time i saw some dave gibson lettering and some jack rudy letting i was FLOORED! you guys remember the old National tattoo convention posters that jack would design? each poster had like 9 different styles of lettering in them. all of them amazing. that being said, if you want to be good at lettering, study the shit out of it! i notice it and space draw it all the time. for some reason, i always see good lettering at the movie theater. like right before the movie starts when words come up telling you about no smoking and popcorn and shit like that. when you cant think of anything to draw, draw letters. and i dont mean write letters, i mean DRAW letters. there is a difference. i could go on and on with this subject. ms rad, if you want good lettering, look for sign painters manuals. also, look at other peoples letters. see what you like and learn how to do it. and then add your own spin on it. tattooers here in milwaukee HATE doing lettering. ill do it all day long. word edit..... favorite style of lettering for tattoos..... SCRIPT AND PIKE STYLE LETTERS. done correctly, they will always look classy and timeless worst style of letters for tattoos...GRAFFITI. ugh. just ugh

    Yeah I'm going with mike as well. Got one and wish I could have gotten itten times as big and on the front of my thigh so I could have watched him tattooing it more. In fact, I'd get the exact same tattoo by him again.

    i have about six or seven artists portfolios full of tattoo drawings. i should start labeling them by years. so who knows where that thing is. he used to be on myspace maybe i should just look for a photo of the actual guy!
