  1. I'm not sure how close your getting to the crack, but its the strangest feeling when the vibration starts to travel *a little to deep* for comfort. It weirded me out when that happened.
  2. For mine, my knee tattoo is slightly off centered, but my shin would be straight down with the knee. It may sound wierd having a knee thats a little off, but my leg is japanese so its a leaf and background. It works...
  3. @horitsune2 While Shige is a great tattooer in his style, he didn't get there by himself. Firstly he started out with western "one point" tattoos that he would see in biker magazines while still doing some Japanese work. Practicing on a group of friends that would tattoo each other. Opened his shop in '98, then met Filip Leu in '99 which really opened his eyes to neo-traditional japanese. In the early '00s he went to Switzerland to study under Filip Leu. So you can say that he did become good his own way, its iffy. Also Horitsune II is a real tattooer which I don't think would take to kindly of other people using, that is unless of coarse, he is you.
  4. This is Ameri-Do-Te, the ultimate martial art. (there is more episodes so watch them all)
  5. On our very own Rebushido http://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/gallery/member/6742-tattoo-brother-indonesia.html&imageuser=1025
  6. And ink? Wow a tattoo with ink thats amazing. Sorry not trying to take a piss outa you, its just funny when people say something like that. Mine I was 21 or 22, got a BMW roundel on my chest. The shop was alright but got tattooed by an apprentice thats work wasn't the best... Live and learn I say. Not planning on covering it up, unless I have to for an awesome chest panel.
  7. I recently got my foot tattooed. And like a few people have said before, no the area is not a off limits area. The healing sucked worse then the actual tattoo for me. But after an hour and a half or so the nerves in my foot had had enough and kept shaking.... just remember to keep your foot firmly planted down and you'd be alright.
  8. Sorry about not up updating a picture of my tattoo. Its been over a month and it still has some scabs, and a bit of ink fall out from where a scab was until this weekend... So sadly I'm going to have to get it touched up.
  9. Still have some scabbing, will take a photo when I get home.
  10. How about this, a portrait of Kat Von D.... they seem to be a few out there on the internet (but I'll only put up this one)
  11. You can pay for tattoos with a credit card now? Hot damn, I'm young but I wanna go back in time. When you had to call people on a landline or write a letter. O well at least here in japan cash is still king.
  12. I love this question on the application "Briefly describe your personality." I would just write the polar opposite of al fliction.
  13. Aight, gotcha... Sorry didn't get the joke the first time around. Then in that case they should also chop down and carve their own shaft to hold the needles or forge it if they decide to go with a metal one.
  14. Well I can't watch it in japan but the next episode flash challenge is praying hands. So It could be a a religious theme for the next episode. @jayessebee Why would the they be doing tebori, its a skill that none of them have even tried.
  15. Do you all know that oxygen is getting there own tattoo show, I can be the first one to hear about this.... Best Ink: Who is America's Top Tattoo Artist? | Best Ink | Oxygen Website | Oxygen
  16. @daveborjes I said most, not all. Mexico does have it's good beers, but it takes time to find them. If you look at my post I do try and define a specific type of beer though that I think you agree on. But we're getting off topic now. Back to strange crap people but in beer.
  17. No thank you, it will be like any other cheap Mexican pale lager in a clear bottle with some type of gimmick to try and sell the blandness of the actual beer. Most Mexican beers are crap, and the clear bottle is a no no for pale lagers..... gives it a funny smell when exposed to sun.... thats why you put a lime in corona, its for the smell not the taste.
  18. Stewart, great response. Was going to attempt to say something of similar ilk, but you do it more justice. for the TL : DR group.... I'll repeat something similar that has been said here before If you want to research Japanese tattoos, look at India, (and to get to India you must pass though China.)
  19. Well I think that the foot will be one of my all time least favorite places to get tattooed. While getting tattooed isn't so bad, the healing sucks. Was told to keep it cleaned and wrapped for the first few days, and I am. But I can already see a few places I will need to get touched up. And I'm not looking toward to having a swollen foot again.
  20. That would suck so much to spend that much time getting tattoos then maintaining them with annual touch ups every year for all your tattoos... Geez, no thank you.
  21. @gougetheeyes Yeah he is over here. I wish that I could have gone over there, would have token a side trip to a few places. @Duffa No, he is tattooing out of Ink Rat, he is only getting tattooed by Shige him and his wife are.
  22. Got a gypsy head on my foot done by Uncle Allan yesterday. The photo is also by Uncle Allan, grabbed it from his instagram.
  23. So why not add real clam juice to a BM?
  24. There is a drink called red eye it's tomato and beer. Doesn't seem to extream, but a pizza beer no, just no. And a ceaser seems to be a real bloody marry, not a cheap shit one.
