  1. Josh Woods works out of Black 13 Tattoo Parlor in Nashville, Tn. Here's a link to his gallery : gallery meta title*|*Black 13 Tattoo His style of tattooing is totally not what I'd wear, but I can appreciate the skill it takes to pull off the tattoos he does. I didn't much care for the show, but then I hate "reality TV" anyway.
  2. @Duffa. Very nice travel blog, especially the photos. My oldest son spent a semester in Nagoya as a college exchange student last year and did he make one single photo of the trip? Fuck no! So, thank you for taking lots of photos!
  3. Yeah, the new VH song is pretty lame. I had to cleanse the palate with with this.
  4. @Jennifer Stell What's not to love about that video. It's got Motorhead and shit gets blown up.
  5. @hogg. Damn, that's an awesome story! I laughed for about thirty minutes just thinking about the visual on that one.
  6. It's kinda the same as "Prison Gay", right?
  7. Sleuth, my 14 year old bengal in his natural environment.
  8. I'm guessing that if J.C were alive today, he'd have a big fucking Jesus head on his forearm.
  9. Dude, you think Atlanta is bad, come to Nashville... That said, I never get tired of the reaction.
  10. Firefox and Windows Vista. It works fine now. I just checked and noticed I was still on Firefox ver 8.0. upgraded to ver 9.0 and now everything works like it should. It was probably just a glitch with me.
  11. I can't reply to a thread without unless I double click quick reply, then it adds your quote even though I didn't mean to.
  12. I'd be covered in telephones, laptops, desktop computers, Cisco routers, and radios... Makes me shudder.
  13. Got my last tattoo of 2011 tonight. A Christmas present from my girlfriend by way of gift certificate to my friendly neighborhood tattoo shop. Crappy cell phone pic but the best I can get at the moment. It was done by Paul Pearson at Tried & True Tattoo, Smyrna, TN.
  14. GOOD Please let it be good! Actually, it probably doesn't matter either way if its good or bad. I ordered pizza last Friday night and the delivery person turned out to be a girl who couldn't have been any more than 19 or 20 years old. She had no visible tattoos other than a HUGE, GNARLY, AWFUL LOOKING neck tattoo. I was thinking to myself that that poor kid was probably going to end up making a career out of delivering pizza.
  15. @jade1955 Why the Hell not, you probably weren't planning on getting your thumbs tattooed in 2011 either I'd bet.;)
  16. That back piece is GLORIOUS! Oliver Peck has been at the top of my bucket list of tattoo artists for awhile now. Seeing that piece sealed the deal.
  17. WHOA! As difficult as it is on one level to look at this photo, it's kinda hard not to...
  18. My idea for the ROA I want on on me is to substitute the cross for this: (My guitar, not the grill, or the trashcan) :D It puts a personal spin on a timeless design, and still works.
  19. I'm not sure I'd call myself an atheist, per see. I'm just not religious to any faith. That said, I'm leaning heavily toward a Rock of Ages back piece (with a twist) in 2012. I'll have the time and the money to do it right. That image just screams "TATTOO" louder to me than any other design I can think of. I figure if your gonna do a ROA, it ought to be a full back.
  20. Over the course of the last year and a half I got bit by the tattoo bug really bad. I've been in the chair 14 different times in that span, and it's all because I found the artist who can translate my ideas into tattoos i really want to wear for the rest of my life. Every time I've gone in to see him so far it's been one of these three ways: 1) "I've got this old tattoo from the (80's or 90's), would you be willing to fix it? You can do whatever you want to make it better." 2) I don't tattoo, but I can draw respectably well, enough so that I can take an idea to him on paper and say "Can you make this work where I want it? Do whatever you need." 3) Go in with the vaguest of reference materials and say "I'd like something with a lucky horseshoe and a black cat, do whatever you want." Almost shit myself when I saw what he came up with. And ended up with my current favorite tattoo on my body. So far, trusting the the guy that is gonna tattoo me has been working out really well for me. Maybe it helps that I don't attach any deep meaning to any of my tattoos, I'm just really drawn to the style of art that tattoos represent. Just my 2 cents.
