  1. Outline done. Shading happening now. Also, OUCH.
  2. More bloody tattoos, please. Just because. I'll post mine on Tuesday.
  3. I got my first one at 25 and covered it up at age 40. So yeah. Wait if you're not sure.
  4. I like this one. I'm a sucker for an old Sailor Jerry design. DO IT!
  5. Very cool! It must have been great to visit with them.
  6. You need to talk to your artist and tell him/her your concerns.

    tattoo advice

What, like shading between all the tattoos? That would look strange to me. Just fill the smaller spaces with smaller tattoos and little stars and stuff. It's been done before. You're not the first to have several unrelated tattoos or even a whole sleeve of them. :-)
  8. I've got a tattoo scheduled in about three weeks. Woohooooooo!
  9. I don't think you should stop posting, either. *shrug* Never said you should (and you clearly aren't).
  10. Really beautiful sleeve! Glad you're here. :-)
  11. I've already called them. They are on it. I've read his posts, and he has given advice. But you guys are big fans, clearly, so you feel free to take his advice. :-)
  12. I will not "let sleeping dogs lie" when someone is actively giving advice as a tattoo artist on this forum when they bought a machine from eBay and are scratching on themselves. Sorry. That's not cool.
  13. You are welcome here. Just don't give advice and represent yourself like you are a tattoo artist. Because you aren't.
  14. I don't think this person has any other tattoos? I may be confusing them with someone else, though.
  15. He is giving advice to others on this forum as if he is a qualified and trained tattoo artist. He is not. He should not behave as if he is.
  16. If you don't know what a scratcher is then I can't really help you.
  17. Real, trained tattoo artists generally don't give advice to scratchers, even if you are scratching on yourself. So I wouldn't expect much help. If you want to learn to tattoo, become an apprentice. What you're doing is just not cool. Scratchers are a real pet peeve of mine, so there it is.
  18. So why are you tattooing yourself? Did you buy a machine on eBay and just decide to give it a go? Please don't tattoo anyone else. OK?
