and often I don't bore my clients with a lecture about the historical connections with the symbols I include.
I, for one, would relish being better educated on symbolism that might add to or detract from the overall project.

November 19th I start on my sleeve. Covering up a tribal band and a pair of piston skulls. Im still up in the air on what way I wanna go with it. I was planning on doing a Japanese theme but after more research im just not sure. I have not been inked in along time and just getting back into it all. Ive seen some incredible work on here which does not make the decision easy. Im thinking traditional American Japanese neo new old school mix. Like I said im really dont have anything locked in yet. Im at the point of just letting my guy do his thing. Any advice would be appreciated.
Who is doing the work? Post up a link, please.

Welcome, Mr. Rundgren.

sure, i'll post a pic of after my first session. right now, it's blistered to high hell and still swollen and bruised (my first treatment was last saturday). if i post a pic of what it looks now, i can guarantee people will vomit up what they've eaten for the past week. and actually, believe it or not, i dont have a full picture of what it looked like before i started treatment. so i'll put it in words what's improved.
With conventional laser, the full effect of the ink dispersal only is realized after 8+ weeks. Is that the same with this method?

ill be back home in the netherlands for christmas time and took the opportunity to make an appointment with this guy:
https://www.facebook.com/JWtattooer/media_set?set=a.162961952420.118710.775957420&type=3 Jan Willem working at 25 to life (Rotterdam)
It's gonna be kickass. No clue what im gonna get, just gonna go through his flash on the day and picksomething sweet
Judging from his on-line portfolio, you should get a curvy-girl with a skull instead of a head!

I got my last piece from Inky Pete in Austin, TX. Great artist and I love his realism.
picture no workie.

I gotta say, though. It's pricey. $1,000.00 / 30 minute. Although he's giving me a grand for 45 minutes.
I paid $1200 for 4 sessions with the regular laser. I'll be very curious to see how much lightening you end up with after just 1 session (even though I don't have anything else I want lasered). Are you going to post before and after pictures, please?
