I asked at the shop, but they didn't know, which is annoying. I tried looking, I'm pretty sure it's by someone from Kansas City, but hopefully y'all will know better than I. LDT on the top right might be "Lucky Devil Tattoo" in Wichita, Kansas (KS abbreviation) ... Am I stretching this too far? This is all google and my insomnia. Not sure if he worked there while he was around Wichita, or could have done it for them as a gift, but the BS could stand for Ben Siebert.
