The review on IMDB contains this caveat:

"Avoid this film as if it was made from anthrax clothed in a 3-piece suit of the plague, on fire, carrying a machine gun that shot bullets made from herpes"

Looks like it was shot in '09 but is just getting a dvd release.

Hah.
