  3. I am getting my first tattoo in Oct. I'm 34. I am glad I waited, who knows what I would have gotten when I was 18.
  4. I am having a Japanese style dragon done on my shoulder onto my chest. I'm having it done by Kore Flatmo. my first appointment is on Oct. 26. This is my first tattoo, and I can't wait.
  5. @Dan S I think we are putting too much thought into this.
  6. @Paulywhore Normally I stay out of these types of things, but this is getting really out of hand. I came to this forum to learn about and research tattooing. I am getting my first one done in October. The people here have been an invaluable resource. They have answered my dumb questions, pointed me in the right direction, and have been fun to talk with as well. I feel comfortable asking questions here because everyone is respectful and they truly seem to want to help. I am a member of several great forums that I look forward to checking everyday. One of the things that makes them great is the people who participate. The quickest way to drive good people away is to start this kind of mean spirited back and forth between forum members. Sure we can tease each other in a good natured way, but that's not what you are doing. You just seem to want to pick a fight. Maybe you enjoy that, I certainly don't. It contributes nothing to this forum. In your first post here you attacked a female member of the forum in a truly vile way. She does not need me to defend her, and that is not my intention. It does show you to be a person lacking in class and character. Even your username makes you look like a neanderthal. I don't understand your keep attacking folks who are great contributors to the community for no other reason than your apparent need to act like a snarky jerk. If you don't like a topic, don't post there. If you don't like someone, ignore them. I really don't come here to relive high school so please, give it a rest.
  7. There is some strange stuff on Adult swim. Then there's brilliant television like Squidbillies.
  8. Hello and welcome, you're tattoo looks great!

    Hi

    Very cool tattoo! Welcome.
  12. There is the difference. I don't think you even would have had to hit him. Think suppressing fire, you could have probably shoot into the ceiling and caused him to flee. I think just returning fire would have been enough. He was counting on everyone being helpless. Like I said before it's easy to say what you would or wouldn't do when you were not there. I would like to think I would could have made a difference, but I really don't know. I know I would rather have had the option than be sitting there disarmed and helpless. Just in case you are wondering I have received advanced combat pistol training from Gun-Site and The Tactical Defense Institute. Well worth it if you ever have the opportunity.
  13. Yes and no. Depends on the person and the training they received. I would have returned fire. I carry a Kimber .45 everyday. This guy didn't want to be shot and was obviously a coward. I doubt he would have wanted to stand and fight with rounds heading back in his direction. He didn't have any tactical training. I figure it's better than sitting there and hoping, I rather take my chances and fight back. All that being said, it's easy to Monday morning quarterback. Its a sad situation and my prayers go out to all who were harmed by that scumbag.
