It is like any litmus test. The good ones will shine and continue to progress and make excellent work, while the less-than's will be doomed to obscurity.

What tunes help you get out of a rut from the humdrum of 9-5 lull?...or 2nd shift, or those of you that work 80 hours a week...

Peeped it yesterday. A really good look-book! Taki is photobombing everywhere!

Fair enough. :)
Yeah, you gotta distract yourself for sure.

Yeah, I was able to get around an hour-hour and a half last night. It's really the sternum which makes me unhappy. I sit like a champ, but I'm totally faking it. :P

One more sitting to go, after a 2 year break cause chest tattoos are no fun. Andrew Conner, Andrew Conner | Artist. Please excuse the webcam shot and man-boobies.

Just watched The Killing House on Netflix. Pretty good. Also watching the short lived show Luther starring Idris Elba.
I also just watched Big Money Rustlas. I must say, the acting was superb, the cinematography was clean and seamless, and the western accents were on par with the "Man Without A Name" series. It literally was like watching a Kurosawa interpretation of Edo-period rivalry through the lens of some Ridley Scott dystopian past/future. All I was wishing for was a car full of fat chicks and a trunk full of Faygo.

I had fix for the Refused show on Sunday in NYC. BUT I DIDN'T GO LIKE A DINGDONG. God, I'm getting old.
I'm making up for it by going to see Godflesh, Unsane, and Today is the Day at Maryland Deathfest.

Depends on what type of tattoo you were interested in getting. Most of these folks are able to do just about anything, but they do specialize. Are you looking for an American traditional piece? A Japanese style? Something just plain weird? You can run the gamut in San Francisco with some of the best tattooers in the world.

My girl just started this over the weekend. Mike Moses, Thicker Than Water Tattoo, NYC. This guy is consistent blowing my mind with his illustration skills. (Photo courtesy of Mr. Moses' iPhone.)

Speaking of the wait. I've got a four-month wait for my next session, but I really don't mind it too much. It gives me a little time to put some scratch together and plan for travel. I think a lot of us would get tattooed everyday (figuratively) if we could, but you know, we got some time to get suited out.

I feel you dude. Even working full-time doesn't make it easier, I guess unless you make a lot of money. But, you can only do what you can. It definitely makes up for it in the end.
