I thought the inner arm was pretty bad too. There's something about the skin there... fine and thin.

I'm working on my "last" inner arm, which is simultaneously relieving and sad.

My tattoo nightmare haunted me for awhile, and I don't recall what I was supposed to be getting but ended up walking out with a giant black persian cat with a green bow on its head chest piece. Shudder...I can still see it.

I've discovered often when someone announces that they are "not a _________", they usually are.

An older piece Thomas Hooper posted on his Meditations in Atrament site. I've seen it before, but this is a bigger picture. I love it and how he was inspired by Haida imagery to create something new.

I love a bodysuit. I also am very much into cohesiveness, flow and balance and have been working with one artist for the past year with more work planned in the future (sleeve starting in January). I'm pretty focused at this point with what I want aesthetically/style/theme wise and have found someone who I trust and have a great rapport with to carry it out. So while I can oogle all the eye candy out there, I'm very much looking forward to what I have planned.

I like bourbon - I have Bulleit and Makers Mark in the cupboard right now. Makers 46 and Woodford Reserve are delicious too.

Wait for my post on the latest tattoo thread early next week because I am starting to get superstitious about posting about tattoos I don't yet have, but I do have two appointments at Saved on Monday..

My Mom likes my tattoos and it was no big deal to tell her; she is very mom "protective" about them. However, my grandparents have no idea, which is best for everyone concerned, I can't imagine.

One statement that drives me crazy from people that I know (friends and family) that have seen me collect tattoos is: "So when are you going to move on to your head/neck?" in a sarcastic/ joking way. I've decided if I'm talking to a woman, I going to say "Oh, you shave your legs- when are you moving on to your head?"

What is it with that - someone asked me if I was going to do my face.....

Relationship wise, my honey said to me the other day "there's something weird with your left elbow", me "What?!", "It's naked. I'm used to the other one. You need some work done, for symmetry". :)
