  1. Perfect place for a death head moth IMHO.

    Red lips

Yep, that's beautiful just the way it is, but if it really bothers you, it'd look great with red lips too. Just please go back to the original artist.
  3. Wow, I can't see having any stress over that. Don't worry what others think/say, if it means something to you and/or your family, enjoy it and don't worry! I'm betting that in 95% of your interactions with others it will be covered anyway. Adopt an old man's attitude... screw 'em!
  4. Wow, that's really a needle in a haystack. Eagles are such a common tattoo, I'm not sure how anyone's going to be able to help you with that vague of description.
  5. Howdy and welcome. Go ahead and post your idea.
  6. I'd think that it would be simple to thicken those lines just enough to straighten them, but overall I don't think it's anything to worry about. Mark it up to experience and plan your next.
  7. Yep, I'd think that $$$ has a lot to do with it. If you're an average working stiff it takes time and self control to save up the money for a large piece. Sure you can spread it out over time, but who wants to look at an incomplete tattoo for 5 years? At least with assembling small ones you can enjoy each one as it's finished. Instant gratification and all.
  8. There's already enough tattoos that look like they were done by 9 year olds. 🙄
  9. I don't have the slightest idea of which brands of ink have been used on me. I like the idea of throwing caution to the wind. Really, if I was going to drive myself crazy with things like that, I just wouldn't get tattooed. To my mind they be fairly spontaneous and without serious forethought.
  10. Yay, I meant totally zero offense too. I just chuckled as soon as I read it, not even 100% sure why. Guess just seemed like anyone into that symbolism wouldn't even notice bumps. Hope it heals quickly.
  11. Gets a Satanic tattoo... Worried about little bumps... Sorry, just caught me funny. 🤣
  12. I'm betting just a very minor skin reaction to the wrap. I don't see anything to be concerned about at all. Leave it alone and it'll go away.
  13. Condolences to all that knew and loved him.
  14. Posting up some pics of where you're currently at would surely help everyone see what you're describing.
  15. Seems to me that you should be here a little longer before you begin laying down judgement on others that have literally spent hundreds if not thousands of hours responding to people's questions and trying to help them through their experiences.
  16. I don't get it either. If anything, it gave me a sense of accomplishment and overcoming of anxiety, not creating it. I think too many people today is the simplest things as the end of the world instead of just getting over it and going on with life. Not to sound like an old fart, but I think too many people today don't know what real hardship really is.
  17. Props for excluding the scratcher crowd.
  18. LOL, I'm gonna have to remember that one.
  19. Hmmm... the wrist skin is thinner and doesn't take well to being overworked. And that looks like it was overworked/went too deep. Was this done in a shop? Did the tattooer have much experience? To be brutally honest, it looks poorly done overall.
  20. Don't do anything and ignore it. No tattoo is perfect (like everything in life) and that isn't worth worrying about or trying to fix. Just enjoy it and plan your next.
  21. I agree, I can't imagine what good they think it does.
  22. If they can completely cover a black tattoo with a different design, I'd think covering yellow and orange with a darker red would be simple. The color probably will be different than ones done over bare skin, but should just add depth. Any decent artist should be able to easily handle this. Also, welcome.
