  1. I should have included Undigested Kernel with the other Scott Harrison stuff, but I forgot. The Ed Hardy/Bill Salmon photos are from Tattooing the Invisible Man, from when I met them both in London last year.
  2. Needles and Sins Tattoo Blog | Artist Spotlight: Morten Transeth, Blue Arms Tattoo
  3. Couldn't tell you about the other two. But the Collection is good.
  4. Hi @jimmyirish it's not hard at all. Just a relatively short wait. Go for it!
  5. Hi @jimmyirish from your photos on your profile, I take it you're from London? Duncan's the nicest person I've met in a long time. I'd certainly recommend going to see him if you're interested. There's a tonne of excellent flash/drawings of Duncan's to look through.
  6. Today by Duncan X at Into You, London. Photo by Duncan, screenshot from instagram.
  7. There's a chance you'll have to pay an import fee, and they're 'holding' it. If so, you'll recieve a letter saying how much you have to pay. It happens to me all the time.
  8. I thought some major spamming must have happened at first.
  9. Would someone be kind enough to pick up one of the Mike Wilson convention posters for me? (I live in the U.K.) I could send money on PayPal (including postage and packaging of course).
  10. Oh, haha! Yeah, I didn't really think my post through - re: chest at a convention - do you know if he did a guest spot anywhere in London before and/or after the convention? That would be better. Re: design - the person you chose to get tattooed by's opinion is the only person whose opinion will really matter. But it sounds fine to me.
  11. May not be that hard if you're willing to wait, as I believe Paul was at the London convention last month(?) That's not to say he's guarenteed to be there next year. But you could always find out.
  12. I went up a few days early to get tattooed by Bert Krak at Frith Street the 'MUM' rose, attached. And went to the 'Miniature Ink' exhibition at Atomica Gallery that evening, where I bought the small works on sale by Curly and Alex Binnie. The day after I went to the 'Time' exhibition at Somerset House, I definitely recommend it. The first day of the convention I didn't do too much, went to meet Ed Hardy first thing pretty much. I bought the 'Nurse Mercy' lithograph, and he signed my copy of Tattooing the Invisible Man, relatedly - I was walking around later, and to my surprise - I saw Bill Salmon, so I also asked Bill to sign it. Second day - got a sacred heart from Freddy Corbin, whilst my friend next to me had a very long sitting (6 hours?) with Mike the Athens. Today I only went to pick up the lithograph and went home! I saw a few LST'ers, but didn't want to bother anyone.
  13. I would ask Chris Brand. May not be the best advice, but he's the only person whose opinion will really matter when it comes to getting the tattoo.
  14. I'm getting tattooed by Freddy Corbin @Wilhell. And a friend of mine (not an LST member) is getting tattooed by both Mike and Freddy.
  15. It says it closes at 2am on the website. As to when tattooing generally stops - not sure. I was Chad Koeplinger's last of the day four years ago. Was pretty late, pretty sure it was was past 10 or even 11pm.
  16. Never had any experience with any numbing products. But one that I can think of that's the product of a tattooer would be this - Untitled
  17. Mine on the left by Chad Koeplinger, 2013, done at Frith Street, London (photo also by Chad, straight after it was finished). My dad's on the right by Bob 'Eagle' Smith, 1970/71 (photo taken last week) Oxford, England.
  18. My dad's forearms. Pictures taken last week. My dad was 16 or 17 when he got these in 1970/71. Done by Bob 'Eagle' Smith in Oxford, England. It says 'mum' and 'dad' in the banners.
  19. Close up of mine, by Chad Koeplinger. (Healed)
  20. Don't think these have been posted, but if they have - please delete. Two part interview in San Francisco Arts Quarterly - 1 - http://www.sfaqonline.com/pdfs/SFAQ_issue_fourteen.pdf 2 - http://www.sfaqonline.com/pdfs/SFAQ_issue_seventeen.pdf
