getting a spider web around my shoulder before i hit up thom devita's art show on the 11th by dan santoro. i'm hoping that there's also time to get a small tattoo on my forearm.

So, maybe 1977? Around there..I got a parrot done by Dale Grande at Chicago Tattoo. It was partially a cover-up, partially just sumpin I thought was kool. My kids always dug it, and hey-see if you can figure out which is which.

I got this amazing torch this weekend from Ron Wells at Congress Street Tattoo in Portsmouth. It was part of a really great weekend trip that we took to celebrate a bunch of stuff, and in addition to getting tattooed, we hung out a bunch with our dog, gorged ourselves on seafood, and enjoyed the awesomeness of New England. Boy my thigh is sore as hell but I love love love this tattoo.

i will without a doubt be going to RHW when i get a torch. dude does next level torches.

I used to hate this show and feel like it was such a joke. Honestly, this thread turned me and made me enjoy it. As David Flores said, there were some awesome judges on this season. I gotta admit, this shit was super entertaining once I settled down and saw it as just that.

I don't think anyone won this year. I can't believe that knucklehead Sebastian put that trash on the woman's back who was worried about the tattoo being too masculine. I see a potential lazer removal client there. Sarah's was OK, but nothing special and Steve's was OK, but I wouldn't want it on my back. All in all a pretty disappointing season, mostly for the "human canvases." They had absolutely no excuses with 24 hours to work and total control over what they did. Last year's three finalists did some awesome tattoos, at least from this layman's prospective.

my gf and i kept saying the same thing about that woman's back. what a piece of shit that guy is.

These five episodes were amazing. The last two were seriously so good. What an awesome to end this season. I'm praying to jah it's back next year.

what pisses me off is that all these tattooers decided to pick an app that android doesn't support. what the fuck?

I was quite disappointed, I thought the live portion would have been a trash talking free for all. Especially when they had that crazy "canvas" bitching at what's his face for that horrible sacred heart but alas, Navarro needed his tv time and cut it short.

Favourite part by far was when buddy with no tattoos said Oliver could tattoo him in a place he couldn't hide it if he could shave his hair and moustache. Oliver responded with "I don't think you deserve to be tattood."

oliver peck seems like such a cool dude. he posted a video on his instagram of the crew doing a pudding eating contest called pudding master. i thought that was pretty sweet.

the whole episode made me feel so awkward. between the bickering, people clearly being uncomfortable with being on live tv, and some of the dumbass comments that were made made me want to turn the channel so badly...but i never did.

best part of the whole episode was oliver peck saying "easy, cheesy, japanessy, bro."

i keep getting that feeling where you feel immense embarrassment for someone else. between the idiots that got tattooed and the tattooers that are talking, this is one huge shit show.
