    Great topic ,I agree with your man Capt diet really changes your skin ,particulary having basmati rice as your main carb soure and eating white meat the best being fish .That is my experience with athletes at least .

    We just watched The Blind Side which I think we got sent by accident as its not my normal stuff.Anyway its a really heart warming true story which I really enjoyed ,I must be going soft in my old age.
