Finally done after 16 hours. Rodrigo Melo out of Northstar Tattoo in NYC.

Got this from Scott Sylvia over the weekend, very happy with it (stole the pic from blackhearts IG). Gonna go back to Blackheart for their walk in day in a couple weeks too.

Finished up this piece with Martin Lacasse at Olde City Tattoo in Philly. Based off of a Yoshitoshi print from 28 Famous Murders With Verse. Couldn't be happier.

I woudnt call this traditional though.
It looks a bit cartoony to be traditional, but its an awesome tattoo. The background use on the bottom is a nice touch.

The absolute worst for me by far is the top of the shoulder. Not the deltoid but literal top where your deltoid I guess meets your trap muscle. I could BARELY take the pain.
Elbow hurt as well, both the inside and actual elbow.
Bicep for me surprisingly wasnt bad at all, even near the armpit.
My back hurt A LOT more than I thought as well. A 3 hour outline session got me tapping out.

My latest by Jan Willem at 25 to life tattoos in Rotterdam. Picked a design from his flash and he nailed it! Couldn,t be more stoked with how it turned out!
the picture of the tattoo was when i removed the wrapping after 12 hours. Really hard to take a good picture of it without it being shiney. Once its healed ill post a new picture

Outer thigh finished. A bit bloody.

Popped into The Pearl this morning to catch a session with Tim Pausinger before he left for the Xmas holidays. He basically finished my chest piece. In January we'll link the shoulders and arms to it. He is also going to do some spider webbing between the tattoo and the bottom of my pecs.

My first tattoo, done two days ago. It's a freehand piece by Yliana Paolini. Was an awesome experience. Well worth the 7hour driving trip to Brighton :) She's freakin' amazing.
Next session is in 6 weeks. Can't wait!
